Other than that amazing intro to the game I must admit, this video has to be my favourite part so far. Blood feuds, Ancient and Modern. YES PLEASE!

The biggest thing for me is I feel the gangs strain being on the run. It's definitely a slow burn but you can feel it. The groups starting to become stretched and pulled, we even say goodbye to a brother in this episode and it meant something! That's the power of the writing and the slow, very lived in nature of this game. Love it!

To be honest, most of the cutscenes in this game are dynamic depending on what time of day the player starts them, which definitely lessens some of the pure cinematography of the lighting and camerawork. I've always found this game to be more about immersion, realistic dialogue and performance capture/voices, and the overall story. Those things lift it up for sure!

Hair grows at a set pace and you shave at your side ravel and get haircuts at barbers. My Arthur was big on appearance so I'd shave every other day and visit a barber weekly.

Even crazier is that they have taken that and modded vr inputs etc into the game so you can play the entirety of rdr2 in vr if your pc is up to it.

A little context for the wolf, that means this particular Arthur is currently lower honor if I'm not remembering wrong(better not, I've played this game way too fuckin' much) High honor gives you warmer colors and a deer, low honor, harsher blues and a wolf. Just lets you know what track your arthur is on in the story. It's early yet, though! No way they go through the game and you get to watch a lower honor arthur throughout

I already finished the main storyline now, and just as an advice for the next chapters in the story, especially from this point on, is that sometimes things are exactly what they seem to be. I finished the game with high honor and it was a treat. When you get to THAT part at the end, you will be wishing to be playing it at that moment

I think Sean’s death, and the sudden brutality of it is the game letting us know the real stakes and that we’re playing for keeps now and everything Hosea was trying to warn Dutch about regarding keeping a low profile is proving prophetic

There's a ghost, a woman in a black dress, in there that you can sometimes see at night. I forgot what they call her, but it's creepy as hell if and when you do see her.
