As one story ends, another starts...

I recorded the final 2 videos for this series today so next week as a bonus, you'll get parts 9 and 10 to watch! My RDR2 journey has ended but these final chapters were something else. Let's go out with a mighty pistol bang!

P.S> The version I watched has removed some of the music and I didn't realise this until It was to late, I found it funny at the time. I just wanted to be upfront about this and I hope you're not disappointed. I've seen the parts multiple times now with and without music and my opinion was the same. You'll see and I hope you enjoy the video.

There's a hidden dialogue that Arthur has between him, Hosea, Lenny, and Tilly in one of the camps where they're talking about death and Arthur says, "Face me to the West where I can watch the setting sun. Remember all the fine times we had that way."

Something I loved about RDR2 is that you spend so much time doing so many things with Arthur, that I felt like my thoughts and feelings were synched at the end with him. So when you slowly approach to the ending you feel Arthur's actions as your own and that youre both searching for the same things. I didnt play RDR1, so for the epilogue it was a bit harder to connect with the character at that level, but I guess that for those that spent that much time with him too playing him in the original one it felt the same as with Arthur

So glad you did this series. It’s one of my favorite stories in gaming altogether. And seeing the end credits scenes in rdr2 setting up agent Ross and Archer (Ross’s partner in rdr1) tied it all in a perfect little bow. In the end John went back like Arthur told him not to and that’s ultimately what led to the outcome of the first game. I’m not 100% sure that if John had left Micah alone that Ross wouldn’t have still gone after him but going back and seeking him out for revenge definitely fueled the situation.
