TEKKEN 8 Story Mode | [ALL CUTSCENES] | A Real Game Movie! (Patreon)

Now this was a Game Movie! I had so much fun and the one thing I wanted from this video came true… A few things actually!

I wanted to see martial arts, old school Hong Kong style. Something more than fancy over the top magic!

I wanted to see what the characters/fighters would look like with semi-real-life lighting. (Less fill-light and real environment levels)

I wanted to fall in love with Tekken again.

All of these were accomplished and for that reason, spoiler alert… This Story Mode gets a chef’s kiss!

So far when referring to Fighting Games, I think I prefer it over Mortal Kombat 9 and 10. Granted, we’ve got to cover 11 and 1 but this was something awesome. Made me feel like a kid again sitting next to my old man playing Tekken.

It may not be the Tekken I remember but I’ve come around to the next generation of fighting. I can now enjoy it thanks to changing my perspective.

P.S. If they kept to the end of the story mode as in the fighting, I would love this game even more. Just thought I’d mention that as I love it, but I know there’s something more I personally want from a Tekken. I at least saw a flicker, a glimmer of that here today.
