Manospondylus

Well whatever you do, wash your hands.

Mike G

Felt like I had to come here to say $5 lobster is NOT expensive. Great watch! -also, like all my comments, you should check out Succession, Breaking Bad, and Better Call Saul! Amazing reactions!

Daryl 👽

Never seen this. Look forward to watching it with you gals 😆

Steven

I think a lot of people who grew up in the United States might have some traumatic memory of playing Dodge Ball as a kid. I personally loved when we'd get to play this game. I think part of the joke here is that it is a game for kids. I know there are leagues for adults but that it's not that common. My favorite performance in this movie is from Justin Bateman playing the announcer Pepper Brooks. Justin Bateman often plays the lead in similar comedy films and he's great in GAME NIGHT. There are some big cameos in this film that the Munchies might have missed. William Shatner plays The Dodgeball Chancelor. He's famous for being the Captain in Star Trek. Chuck Norris plays the final judge that allows them to play. Chuck Norris was a martial artist and huge action movie star from the 70s and 80s. There was a time when everyone had jokes about how tough Chuck Norris was. Some of my favorites. When ghosts sit around a camp fire, they tell each other stories about Chuck Norris. Once Chuck Norris was bitten by a cobra, after three days of agonizing pain, the cobra died. When Chuck Norris went off to college, he shook his father's hand and said, "well, now you are the man of the house."

This is a good movie. Haven’t watched it in a while - looking forward to watching their reactions! ‘Dodge Ball’ was once imposed upon my class at school (“this is an import from America”) by a rather sadistic games teacher. He’s since gone to gaol (true story!) Like the way you consistently write a detailed essay 😂 Bravo!

Steven

Gaol? Are you in Australia? Be glad we only imported Dodge Ball and not Chuck Norris :)

Steven

Why withhold crucial information?

Jef Etters

In case you didn’t know, the bad guy is married to the blonde lawyer in real life.

Manospondylus

Other very funny Ben Stiller movies Zoolander (2001) Meet the Parents (2000) Other great comedies of that era. Happy Gilmore (1996) Mallrats (1995) Clerks (1994)

Blackwargreymon00

Please react to Big Trouble in Little China (1986) it is a fun comedy movie

Matthew Maxon

there is a quick line where White tells one of his employees to add 3 pounds to the scale in the women's locker room. that's like 1.5 kilos. Patches inhale deeply and says, "Nothing like queef in the morning" that's when air is trapped in the vagina and gets purged out. yes its a gross comment to make. That noise when the large girl is pulled off of Justin is supposed to be the suction of his face in her vagina because she isn't wearing panties. funny reaction. i really enjoyed it.

Grumpy Monk

Great choice! I'm glad that you enjoy these comedies. The joke is that Ben Stiller (the actor that plays the bad guy) is a fitness nut in real life. He never misses a chance to show off his body. Vince Vaughn was also in the movie "Old School" with Will Ferrell. It's pretty funny but kind of a guy's movie.

Stefan Williams

Longest Yard next! another sports comedy

Proto Type

> BASEketball From the Creators of South Park and Team America :D

Christopher Young

Another funny Vince Vaughan movie is Wedding Crashers.

SM

Another vote for 'Zoolander' (2001)

Alec Dacyczyn

Seeing this, I'm reminded that you still haven't seen either Office Space (1999) or Zoolander (2001). This is equal parts travesty and tragedy.

Duncan

I’ll be glad when they do Anchorman 🙏🏻

Hurrakan

The Lance Armstrong appearance didn't age well - he was later stripped of all titles after he admitted using performance enhancing drugs during his career.

Hurrakan

As others mentioned, White (Ben Stiller) and Kate (Christine Taylor) are married IRL. And they both also star in Zoolander (2001) - a similar comedy to this!

Tron

You two should watch Bad Boys.

Matthew Maxon

i wonder if they will catch that Jack isnt the main character?

Mario

I bet they would find Zoolander especially funny. Less culturally specific than Office Space

tsa

You two are so fun to watch. I laughed so much more just watching Katie's reactions, she has a great laugh. And Hella is awesome as usual

D

Office Space might be a bad fit.

Dragonzord_Reptar

check out the movie "Heavyweights"!!! it's like a prequel to this movie lol
