Fake Geto haș used mahitos technique to do two things. One, people who have techniques but can't use them now can by restructuring their brain (like junpei). Two, people he implanted a cursed object (Like sukunas finger) inside and strengthened their bodies into vessels so they won't die when he releases their seal (that little knot he pulled is him activating the curse objects by releasing their seals). This Geto wants a society in which curses and sorcerers are constantly fighting each other in order to become stronger. He wants to replicate the Heian era, the period known as the golden age of sorcery, in which Sukuna reigns as king of curses. He then unleashes millions of curses he had formed pacts with over the course of 1000 years and set them loose. We see that Yuta is back after the Shibuya incident and has to kill yuji, who isn't using a technique at the end, he's just getting their attention to kill them. It's basically an apocalypse at this point.

The next season is in the works I think, but I wouldn't expect it coming out until maybe 2026. It's a big season with some crazy moments so hopefully they do it justice.

if you felt that season 1 was a build-up to season 2, wait till I tell you that season 2 was just the build-up for season 3 madness.... hahaha certainly will be here when season 3 airs! it was very cool see Masha get attached to the characters, while in season 1 she wasn't feeling very much the series!

I'ts really frustrating the way the season ended, but It builds IMENSE expectations for season 3, so this last episode is very polarizing! many people don't like it. I'm a manga reader so I know what you guys are feel when season 3 go live and holy fuck... be even more prepared than you were for shibuya

also, Deniz got almost everything right to be honest about the whole Yuji execution, Yuta his executioner, and higher-ups using this situation to finally get rid of Gojo and control everything in the jujutsu world the way they want Fake-Geto's plan is really confusing and it takes some more context to understand! But to be honest, my girlfriend watched both seasons and then read the entire manga without really understand the plan, but it didn't interfere with her liking the manga lol its her favorite (maybe chainsaw man is above it but either way really close to favorite)
