It’s great to watch them writhe after the stomping—or even give them a chance to survive. For instance, in that scene where two women were crushing another, it would have been amazing if the second woman had used her heel instead of her toes. Also, they shouldn’t just end the victim’s life; they should let her live—even if she’s left blind, crippled, or in a vegetative state—just to watch her suffer, vomit, and urinate.

This is highly subjective - I think flattening a tiny victim under the bare sole, with full skin contact and every break and burst intimately felt by the giant woman, is a pretty intense thing. The destruction and erasing of the victim is an insane power move.
