yall got me thinking w that intro question, but im like still fairly young i'd say being a sophomore in college rn. the only ppl i wanted to be like as a kid were my older cousins + my sister. i remember seeing them do their makeup and hair while singing and laughing in my sisters room (i was not allowed in...) before they would go out to party and drink i thought they were like the prettiest and coolest girls ever. i still got a little more than a year till i could legally go clubbing like them, but im now the older cousin who locks the younger ones out while my friends and i get ready to go out so ig yea im like halfway there to what i always wanted to be like

As a kid, I wanted to be an animator. Probably the only job that I genuinely wanted. When I was a teenager, I’d decided on being a software engineer because it suited my strengths and I was told it’d make me some good money. But tbh I was never really super interested in that career path. Right now, I’d say I’m still figuring some things out. I can’t really say whether I’m the person I thought I’d be, because I was never really sure where I wanted to be, besides when I was like 10. Plus, I also remember, as a kid, never really wanting to be an adult because it didn’t look as fun to me. (I was mostly right, but not as bad as I thought in some ways). Right now, I’m not so interested in getting into animation, but I do have some creative goals that I’d like to achieve.
