2026-10-10 18:00 I'm only 40 seconds in and I'm not sure if Charlie was talking about the Muse album but called it FACE by mistake, or if he actually thinks FACE isn't deep and it's merely just a pop album, because WHAT? I don't want to believe that after his production diary and other interviews where he said FACE is about his inner issues and how lost he felt during that era and how much effort he put into writing those songs :/ I hope I'm wrong and he got the albums mixed. Because yeah, MUSE isn't very deep and I can agree with that

To be honest they not there yet to understand bts and each member and to know what everything means etc cause they never watched anything under the visible professional phase of them all and music etc. No VLives or weverse lives and they just don’t know them yet. Like they know 10-15% maybe from 100% we army knows and the 100% is still just 100% from 1000% of Bangtan’s life and reality etc. And there is nothing bad about it they still at very beginning and they still so called baby army like 2y is nothing we know from our own experiences🥰💜they will get there hahaha

We just can’t be expecting unreal and rather than keep recommending just our fav stuff recommending them good things for them to watch and learn from more. And they have to remember them always tho hahha but yeah no matter how he meant it it’s okay they will eventually if stay with bts learn it all. Thats why watching new focus etc is shame cause they will have to rewatch later on again to get what they couldn’t get before. Most people would not get it either in their place🥰

Towards the end i actually agree with Charlie. As much as i love MUSE for what it is, FACE is a freaking masterpiece, FACE represents my soul, idk how to put it. I’m finally gonna get it tattooed on my birthday this month. I also prefer Indigo over RPWP 🤷🏻‍♀️ FACE, Layover and Indigo are top 3 best solo albums imo 💜 thanks for the reaction guys💜💜💜 love my minimoni to the moon and back

Nope Jimin is not referring to genre of music he literally said it in this video so many times. Most accurate was Seb and his explanation in a way that’s it even tho there is more. So yes Jimin learned again from scratch how to sing for real. That’s why in ARIRANG you said about his and other members voices change and the way they sing. It’s not about genre at all. Voice = vocal chords = muscle . The way you strain the muscle and use can be different for many people and many use it wrong way and end up loosing their voice and not be able sing ever again and the way Jimin was singing was overusing his vocal chords/voice and if he kept going not only it will not sound “as good” but mainly they would eventually soon just “break” and he will loose ability to sing. He will talk but not sing like you know as if you hurt your other body part and muscle and end up not being able ever to take as heavy things as you did before. Same with voice. They talked about it tho many times even in are you sure guys you should really start paying more attention to what you watch and listen and learn from them otherwise it’s kinda waste of time for you. That is for all and everything not just this its just good advice for you , cause to be honest this is happening a lot with so many things you watch something we think than you know learn but next reaction they mention on same topic and you confused and have no idea. So as army we help each other this is jus advice for you. Trust me than you learn more not just about them etc but about yourself to and from them and also enjoy ALL of this and the journey much more🥰💜

Yes for me too, I love FACE alot more. Jimin said FACE was basically his dark edgy raw side, and he said next album I'll make it more colourful and cheerful for ARMY hence MUSE.

Ben and Seb also called it Face so I think they just got the name confused. But also although I think they really appreciated the process behind the making of Face, they may not have fully understood that it represents a very real and recent difficult time in Jimin's life, and instead thought it was about broader themes for him. But of course I could be wrong too :)

When he says he’s learning to sing again, obviously his voice and tone won’t change much bc that’s inherent to him - what he’s talking more so about is his technique and approaching it in a more healthy way without straining his vocal chords, singing isn’t as simple as just using your voice 🫶🏽

I’m with Charlie on this one as much as I love Muse, I’m a Face girl. They are vastly different albums, but for me, I resonate more with the songs on Face as opposed to Muse. Thanks so much guys💜🥹

I'm with Charlie on this one. I love FACE more, it speaks to me more, I can listen to the whole album. He is right, music is subjective and that's the beauty of it, it connects differently with different people. P.S. I'm a MiniMoni bias, so seeing how they trust and support each other is heart warming.

I absolutely love Face, but the more I think about it, as time passes I only listen to Set Me Free pt.2 and Like Crazy on repeat. Meanwhile, I still listen to every song on Muse regularly! When I first watched this interview, I also thought that I disagreed, and thought Face was better, but now that I actually think about it Muse might be my favorite Jimin album 😅

For me, FACE and MUSE show two different sides of Jimin as an artist and as a person. FACE will always be more special to me because it showed Jimin's vulnerability and raw emotions. It felt like he was allowing us to see the parts of himself that he doesn't always show to the world. The struggles, loneliness, insecurities, and emotions he went through while trying to find himself. It was raw, honest, and deeply personal. It wasn't just an album; it felt like Jimin confronting his inner demons and learning to accept himself, flaws and all. And that kind of honesty takes courage. MUSE, on the other hand, felt like Jimin opening his heart and exploring love, inspiration, longing, and the desire for a deeper connection. There is still vulnerability, but there is also more warmth, light, and hope. It felt like another chapter in his emotional journey, where he explores what inspires his heart and makes him feel alive. If FACE was Jimin looking inward and asking himself who he was beneath everything the world saw, then MUSE felt like him looking outward and exploring what moves his heart. Both albums are beautiful in their own way, but FACE holds a special place in my heart because of how deeply personal it felt. It allowed us to connect with Jimin beyond the performer, to see the human being behind the artistry. And this is what I love about Jimin. He doesn't just give us music; he gives us pieces of himself through his art. His vulnerability is not a weakness. It is part of what makes him such a beautiful and compelling artist. ❤️

Jimin is/was a self taught singer!! Remember he joined bts as a dancer with NO formal vocal training. Meaning he taught himself how to sing. the company didn’t give him formal vocal lessons before debut because of his short training period/Big Hit’s tight financial and operational limits. Compared to jk and v who received singing lessons before debut (fun fact jimin used to listen in on their vocals lessons and take notes himself😭). This means he sang with self-taught belting habits that would risk and could cause permanent damage to his vocal cords. He did receive some training after debut but because he had already built a habit/foundation for his singing it was most likely hard for him to fix those habits. This is also why Jimin used to be/is not confident in his singing. Like he said in this video He was later told he would ruin his vocal cords with the way he was singing so he started taking vocal lessons :). Super proud of him💜

If you listen to Who, and then listen to Who on Jimmy Fallon, you can hear the differences from his vocal work. It’s still Jimin but his technique is a little different. I can also tell on the Arirang album when live. He gets to sing in his lower register more like B2B, TDKAU and Into the Sun really show off a beautiful vocal tone and he isn’t just living in the high range. We know he can do it and love it but I love how natural his lower range sounds. A balance of both is so good. I’d like to hear more of his growly range too.

Jimin is actually an interesting lyricist. Will get better as he writes more. Mind you these are his solo debuts albums. He is also genius with bridges n melody. You will see from his intro he’s very smart n bright.

Also, for jimins birthday special it looks like the jimin introduction is being voted on but I feel like a lot of the content in that video might be stuff you already have seen so maybe watching something else thats completely new rather than a compilation in addition to that might be more interesting and new for you guys!!

I’m watching the Lima, Day 2 show Live. They just finished Idol and the number of barriers and security were unbelievable, but security is #1. It felt a little sad as you could see they didn’t seem as free going around. But, as usual, it has been an absolutely incredible show and they brought it to the people of Lima 🔥☄️

Just finished Lima, Day 2. The rest of the show was incredible and they were having so much fun. The final ment was so heartwarming. They spoke a lot of Spanish. Sorry guys to repeat here BUT PLEASE 🙏 DITCH the two “Whipped” fan compilations vids and “Jimin questioning men their sexuality” These are old and corny compilations. You will learn nothing about him. It’s unfair they were even recommended. It’s his birthday so please just stick to his content. I think he deserves it. Important to watch are the Introduction Park Jimin full 2026 by The Jimin Videos n other content by the channel like Athleticism (it’s more undated than “Defying gravity” vid that was in the poll). I honestly delayed watching this video because it's so near and dear to my heart and I've been scared of disappointment lol. But you guys did not disappoint! I agree with Charlie and Ben, I love FACE more than MUSE and I think its because it is more personal and dark. I agree with Seb that Like Crazy is Jimin's best song so far. I was totally taken aback too regarding RM's comment that Rebirth is better than the entire FACE album. Almost offended lol, but Jimin took it well so I let it go. I love the minimoni bond!

Thank you for reacting to this video. I always love listening to the conversation of RM and Jimin. You see how they really know and support each other. The last statement of RM about Jimin really hits my heart that’s why this is one of my fave video. For me, I think RM appreciates Muse better than Face because he knows Jimin is in a more happier state and situation than Face and it radiates in his songs. The Face album is more on how he struggled during the pandemic. Jimin mentioned that his father listened to it before the release and was sad about it because he felt how Jimin felt that time. But still it’s a wonderful album and thankful he made it so we get to see different sides of him. Muse and Face has a different side of it which I’m thankful for because we get to see different sides of Jimin. Thank you I always love your reactions. I’m excited what you will be reviewing next.
