Here's the steps to run this workflow:

1 - load your video , don't care if you have 4K or 8K, don't change the 512P resolution at this moment with SCAIL - Preview.

2 - Setting and config your reference image, there's options for generate image from your pose, or load your own image file.

3 - Z-image , remember to do your prompt for image, this is going to use your input video first frame as Controlnet , Pose or Depth (Your Choice).

4 - Start 3D Pose Creation , you can Bypass Pose group, once you like the image, enable that group and moving on to video gen.

5 - SCAIL processing time!
