These feel like the equivalent of deleted scenes on DVDs. Yahtzee and Jesse’s discussion is an interesting conversation, but it really makes me appreciate the editing and work that he (and the team) put into their crafted essays. In any case you all more than earn my $5 a month. Nice to see this as a bonus but I really appreciate your main body of work.

I think a big problem with these games is that they try to hard to be balanced for competitive play. Why? Does anyone in the world care about Halloween esports? If I play a game like this. it's not because I want to show off my gamer skills, it's because I want to spook or be spooked. If I'm a survivor, I want to feel horribly outmatched. I don't want to be having a gentleman's game with the killer, I want to be on the edge of my seat knowing that death could lurk around any corner.
