I can well imagine! I just fancied something totally different from wolfspear so ended up with a bargain second hand unpainted army.

Could you possibly do a true metallic metal crimson fists? I did one but would love to see how you would paint them.

I did! Iām going to try the shading technique you used on the rest of my army
I would approach a crimson fist the same way I did with the ultramarine, maybe adding a bit of black to the blue metallic if you want a darker blue
