The picture leads me to a couple of questions: If gotten quick enough can they reattach the end of his finger? Is the look on Jill's face because of Derek or because of that door at Bella's?

Jin I’m think more about her posture. Jill barely knows Derek compared to Josy and to a lesser degree, Sage. Her uneasy posture makes me think she is thinking about the murder room.

I'm thinking Jill is definitely in shock because of Bella's "Fun" Room. It's fairly obvious this in the hospital waiting room. I'm guessing that Maya is with Derek. The only question is are MC and Bella with them as well or they back at Bella's house cleaning up the mess (or maybe having fun in the "Fun" room.
