I'm so excited for this little mini-ride you're going on, and how it all folds into the MCU! Some things you won't even realize for a while! ETA: I just finished the whole thing. It's been a while since I've watched the seasons, but it felt like a pretty well put together edit. Kudos to whoever made it. The agent you're talking about is Agent Daniel Sousa (soo-za). He's the best! His journey as a character is wild, I can't wait for you to see how it goes. Loved the reaction, as always!

I get the only so many hours in a day thing but this series is really great. It’s underrated in the MCU. This was a good edit of the main storyline of the season. I haven’t watched it in a while but I think mostly what you missed was Peggy doing awesome spy work and kicking a bunch of ass in missions that don’t tie into the major season long storyline. Hayley Atwell is such a powerhouse as Peggy Carter. She’s just so great. Enver Gjokaj Who plays Agent Souza is also really great actor in a different show (redacted as not to spoil as requested below). He’s very underrated and should be a bigger star IMO

Not a huge fan of Marvel, but I loved this series!

Along with "Cloak and Dagger" and "Runaways," I think this is one of the series that got lost in the shuffle with how broad the MCU went. Of those three, this one is the best of the bunch. Still, you would find one of the actors in Runaways rather amusing.

wow! I love this experiment with the show! I seriously felt like I was watching an Agent Carter movie.

It was interesting seeing the first season cut down into essentially one long movie. You really didn't miss anything too important to the main story, mostly just adventures, character moments and more villain shenanigans. Sadly there were a couple pretty amazing fights and character moments that didn't make the cut, but it's too be expected when condensing 5 1/2 hours of content down to half that. I can only imagine how overwhelmed you might feel at the idea of watching all the MCU content, so if this helps then great.

One last thing since we're delving into the broader parts of Marvel cinema here - there was a show on FX that wasn't MCU canon but was deeply fascinating called "Legion".

I was skeptical of this little experiment just because outside of the Netflix stuff, this was probably my favorite Marvel show. But honestly, that edit did a pretty good job covering the season, even if it did cut out some cool moments. Definitely wouldn't mind if you did this with the Disney+ shows. They haven't been as good as this anyway (except maybe WandaVision), and for the most part have felt unnecessarily stretched out/padded to begin with.

Considering your inclination to watch extended editions of Marvels movies, all I can think of is that Willy Wonka line: "Strike that, reverse it."
