Purple Nurple

Now that you've done Buffy, do you think you're ready to revisit Supernatural. I promise you it's not all ghosts! lol.

BHillzebub

Stargate SG-1 (you'll need to watch the movie first)

HookedOnSwans

Smallville, Merlin, Battlestar Galactica

Thomas Hansen

The Leftovers DARK Gilmore Girls

Maev

Talking about wednesday show , the wednesday série is really good ! Orphan Black too , 3 seasons ! Once upon a Time , I think u liked the pilot and i would love to see your réactions , so much happening. This is us , it’s a lot of Life lessons and a really great show.

Bastion33

Sex Education* is a really funny "TV Mature" dramedy, yet also being very heart-warming. Only 4 seasons, so it'll go by fast.

J

Also maybe Only Murders in the Building!

Matthew Shields

From. It's like Lost, but at a truck stop. Lol

Sarah

Gilmore Girls Supernatural Sabrina the Teenage Witch

TJ

Not sure what you have already seen but some that I think would be fun to see reactions to are Pretty Little Liars One Tree Hill Gossip Girl Suits Fringe Revenge Moonlight

Matthew

Sense8 (only 2 seasons) The Good Place (only 4 seasons)

Andrew Pulrang

Felicity, Gilmore Girls, Star Trek Original Series.

madfem

Dead like me

madfem

Crazy ex-girlfriend

madfem

My so-called life

Eric Haefele

The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Orphan Black, Fringe

carly powell

I’m not sure, have you seen Dexter? Cause that’s my choice

Omni

Only Murders in the Building is a great ride. It's got a brilliant cast (Steve Martin, Martin Short, Selena Gomez), it's current, and it happens to keep your Wednesdays in the mystery/investigation lane.

Mo

Hannibal

TJ

Ooh another good one again don’t know what you have already seen but Fringe is great nice little mysteries not necessarily SN but very X files ish lol

CatSib

Stargate! But you would love Gilmore Girls.

SunnydaleClassof99

Person of Interest is the show I'd love to see next. I suggested it to Darcie for the last poll but it only got a meager 6%. It's a shame because it's one of the best *genre withheld as spoiler* shows of all-time. The show does such an amazing job I've creating a fully realized world. It also has one of the best recurring casts as well which makes the show feel so fleshed out. I can't praise it enough. I'm hoping to get some support going in the Discord

AmyWonderland92

Pushing Daisies (it's a short one!) or Only Murders in the Building

S Martinez

Have you seen Fleabag already? Otherwise seconding Dead Like Me and Sex EdEducation.

Katie 🫶

The fosters Fringe Ginny and georgia Timeless Manifest Stitchers

Ellie

There’s a good chance you’ve probably already seen it, (but just in case!) if you are looking for something light-hearted and shortish, I recommend Galavant!

Gary Marshall

Fringe, great cast and intriguing premise Alias, imagine spy world version of Buffy Queen's Gambit, short mini series about a chess prodigy

Denni Caid

I know you would ADORE Ted Lasso. Also interested in watching you continue with Once Upon A Time since you dug the pilot... And there are some other great suggestions on here - Timeless is a good one, Gilmore Girls... and a bunch I haven't seen yet that I'd totally watch with you.

Maev

- Drop dead diva , one of my fav - new girl would be so fuuuuun - Manifest -Ginny & georgia - only murders in the building - Jessica Jones - Revenge - a murder at the end of the world - shelter - the night agent ( season 2 coming in january )

Rae

Orphan Black!

Lais

not sure if you've seen it already, but the post's gif made me want to rewatch community, which is awesome and you should watch it too

Christine

Alias Gilmore Girls My So Called Life Chuck Pushing Daisies Only Murders in the Building The OC Falling Skies Humans

Val ☽ ‣

i would be soooo down for orphan black!! also throwing in killing eve, the x files and yellowjackets!

Matthew Shields

English Teacher. Let's get streams up cause it hasn't been renewed for a second season yet. It feels homophobic if it doesn't. (Kidding?)

Ladan S

I saw you mention a Suits rewatch and if you like that, you will probably like White Collar. Merlin or Joan of Arcadia would be fun and very few reactors have done any of those three.

emmaaa

Gilmore Girls !! or Revenge! You'd love them both and either one would be a great replacement for VM (but Gilmore Girls is my fave)

Pól 🇮🇪

Only Murders in the Building, especially to replace VM

Molly Moon

Handmaids Tale, or Orphan Black would be cool

Kate

I got 3. First, remember when Veronica told Gia that she might have a future in the 'biz? she does!.... Well, Krysten Ritter does as Jessica Jones, anyway! A very appropriate spiritual successor to VM, imo. caveat, it is Marvel *HOWEVER,* it functions as a standalone, especially from the movies. And then as always, Battlestar Galactica for some awesome acting in space. It converted this lover of non-outer space based sci fi to enjoy that genre. I do think Hill House might be too ghostly for you, but Midnight Mass is another great 7 episode Flannagan show you'd probably enjoy.

Jaci

So many suggestions, but I wanted to add my 2 cents!! Person of Interest Crazy Ex-Girlfriend Galavant Orphan Black Wednesday These have all been suggested but I wanted to second them. Any of these would be excellent followups to VM!

James B.

Gonna rec Xena again. Think it's a fun watch. Technically it's a spinoff of Hercules: The legendary Journeys, but I don't think Sorbo deserves any residuals, and would skip it unless you end up loving Xena, and want to see the eps where she appeared.

PeachyKeen

I would love a reaction to The X-Files with my whole being lol. The way I think you would love the main characters so much! What We Do in the Shadows is also fun, and it’s way shorter

JEREMY SCHULTZ

The Americans (my favorite show of all time)

Steven Winthrop

Alias, Tru Calling, Dead Like Me, The Good Place, Pushing Daisies, Wonderfalls, or Point Pleasant. 🫣

Koz

I don't suppose it would win any polls, but since I'm here when you ask, I have a put forth what is actually two shows that are more of a package than any two shows in TV history: Hercules: The Legendary Journeys and its first spin-off, Xena: Warrior Princess. The two absolute go together, and are far better as a unit than Xena (or Herc, for that matter) by itself. Of course, they're essentially the same length as Buffy and Angel, so it's rather an investment of time. Anyway, I had to throw that in. 🙂

SunnydaleClassof99

Person of Interest is far & away my top wish to succeed in the next poll. I do though have a couple other choices to round out the poll. Orphan Black which is just such a taut twisty thriller with arguably the best lead performance in recent memory. I think it's underrepresented on YouTube. It's great for reactions with so many gasp worthy moments.

Quiver

Orphan Black, Supernatural, Parenthood, True Blood, Sex Education, Heartstopper

Aria Carter

Gilmore Girls, Only Murders in the Building, Schitt's Creek, Desperate Housewives, Derry Girls, The Good Place, Jane the Virgin, TVD, and Hart of Dixie would all be awesome!

Matthew Shields

Oooh, one more. Difficult People on Hulu. Julie Klausner and Billy Eichner. So underrated and hilarious.

DaniJay

If you haven’t seen it already I’d say Gilmore Girls! Supernatural is also fantastic but definitely a commitment at 15 seasons lol Derry Girls is an amazing comedic pic! Set in the 90s, Irish comedy :) Brooklyn 99 would also be a fun watch with you!

Capt. Wesker

ooo yay, new show time! here's my list The Expanse Battlestar Galactica (2004) Dead Like Me Fringe Stargate SG-1 (and spin-off) Eureka Castle Burn Notice Warehouse 13 Andromeda The X Files Farscape

quintennyson

I think you'd adore castle! Its very fun for mystery solving and has such good characters! I also wanna put a vote out for the 2016 macgyver tv show, its so much fun i think you'd love it! Also teen wolf!! It feels very up your alley as a fan of buffy and veronica mars

Rileymetal

Daredevil Black Sails Orphan Black

Marshall Robertson

I know I'm gonna be the only one recommending this but I would absolutely love if you reacted to Bates Motel. Nobody hardly watches but it's one of the greatest shows EVER.

Nica Marie

Living Single, Designing Women, Daria, Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist, Grace and Frankie, Freaks and Geeks, Sliders

charmed_olive

Fringe Magicians The Man in a High Castle The Good Wife The Handmaid’s Tale Supernatural Rosewell(90s -2000s OG show) Nothing scary, promise. But very reaction worthy shows

Ladan S

Thought of one more: Runaways. 3 short seasons with superpowered teens and evil parents.

Nettie

So many great options being recommended!

Richard Hopkins

Lucifer (familiar face, probably my favourite show) Russian Doll Wednesday (only 8 episodes in Season 1, but Season 2 has just finished filming) Dead Like Me Chuck (familiar face) Superstore (episodes 22min each) Battlestar Galactica (2003) Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23 (episodes 22min each, familiar face) Fleabag (episodes 26min each, UK show but I think it's available across the pond) Jonathan Creek (UK show, don't know where/if you can stream it)

Bri

Battlestar Galactica (2004), Severance, Fringe, Dead like me. All absolutely great...

Adrian

Gossip girl

Kai VT

Pretty little Liars Vampire Diaries Shadowhunters Castle I know they all have a lot of season except Shadowhunters but I think you would enjoy them all honestly a lot 😊 idk if you have watched some already though 😊😊

Will Sofer

Fringe (amazing show), and Battlestar Galactica.

apollo (plural)

excited for a new show! some shows that I think would be fun for you to watch are: chuck the vampire diaries severance sweet/vicious dawson's creek paper girls crazy ex girlfriend santa clarita diet american vandal the fosters hacks revenge

The Oracle Witch

Shit I done forgot my suggestions lol I always vote supernatural but I'd like to wait til next spring at least bc you need it with og music, it's super important. Im working on that for you. So I'll vote on others suggestions! I know Dr Who was a big one Pali was rooting for, so check. I think he also wanted OUAT so I'd vote that if anything.

Michael S. Mammano

Six Feet Under (2001) Battlestar Galactica (2003) American Horror Story (2011) Tales of the City (1993), if you're feeling quirky. It's nice and short. If animation is on the table, Revolutionary Girl Utena (1997), but only the subtitled version. I'm not a purist, but that English dub is really, really bad. Gargoyles (1994) is also fantastic and easily available on Disney +.

Em

I feel like we need a list of what you've already watched BUT I'm coming in with a few options: The X-Files! Cult classic, the beginning of the term shipping used for romantic relationships! (Important to me but generally a fun fact) Okay now after that I'd like to throw in some British shows: Primeval (dinosaurs) Sherlock (long episodes, short seasons, would be fun to watch through someone elses eyes) My Mad Fat Diary (set in the one of the closest cities to me, and not London, congrats to them) His Dark Materials (First books to make me cry) Merlin (It's having a resurgence on Tumblr and its reminded me how good it is) Alex Rider (another one I read the books of, I'm probably the only person here whos seen it but teenage spy boy) I'd just like to give an honourable mention to Nancy Drew which was the first show I thought of to replace Veronica Mars ala mystery girl but unfortunately, its like Veronica Mars x Ghosts and it's been established thats an issue so rip my dreams but thats okay :)

Lais

You, Me and the Apocalypse (10 episodes)

Lais

Being Erica (4 seasons, around 50 episodes)

Lais

Switched at Birth

Jackeeleggs

The Vampire Diaries Shadowhunters The O.C

Jackeeleggs

12 Monkeys (tv series) Lost

Nulledge

Hi, first time commenter here! I adore your Buffy and SHIELD reactions. Not sure what you've already seen, but (some of these might be hard to get hold of) TWIN PEAKS, True Blood, Wednesday, The X-Files, Adventure Time, Xena Warrior Princess would be great reaccs. I would also happily watch you watch Castle or Lucifer.

cruzinbosco

I cannot remember what you’ve already mentioned you’ve seen, but here are my recs: - The X-Files (218 eps + 2 movies) - Gilmore Girls (comedy-drama; 153 eps + 4 movie-length eps) - Life Unexpected (family drama; 26 eps; highly underrated 2-season series) - Parenthood (family drama; 103 eps) - Bones (David Boreanaz crime comedy-drama; 246 eps) - Big Sky (female-led crime drama thriller mystery; Jensen Ackles joins at some point; 47 eps) - Third Watch (first responder action drama; 132 eps; my fave series ever and where “cruzinbosco” comes from) - Nashville (music drama; great acting and twists for reactions; 124 eps) - Dawson’s Creek (teen drama; amazing writing and acting; 128 eps) - Bates Motel (psychological drama; 50 eps) - Shining Vale (horror comedy from the creator of Friends starring Courteney Cox; 2 seasons) - The Haunting of Hill House (miniseries; 10 eps; only series I would ever put as high as BTVS in regards to writing; this show has a few jumpscares, but it's not meant to be scary; it's more of a family drama with a horror background) - King of the Hill (animated sitcom; 259 30-minute eps) - Timeless (sci-fi history drama; 28 eps) - Lost In Space (2018; sci-fi family; 28 eps) - Extant (sci-fi mystery drama; 26 eps) - Lost (sci-fi adventure mystery; 121 eps) - Roswell (1999; sci-fi; 61 eps)

Artemis Nix

I still vote for Once Upon a Time

Ray D

Freaks and Geeks (the greatest 1 season show of all time IMO better than Firefly but that’s the only competition for that title), Smallville, twin peaks, Friday Night Lights (revolves around a football team but it’s really about a small town in Texas), Lost, Hannibal (probably too much horror for your taste but an excellent show), Heroes (first season is great but it falls off after that), Dawson’s Creek, and 24. Just some off the top of my head

Ephinyus

Chuck and Lost Girl

BiPolar HoneyBear

Hazbin Hotel. Easy 8 episodes and one of my favorite shows.

The Oracle Witch

Heroes - this has been a long suggested one lol 😆 you'd absolutely enjoy and it's 3 seasons or 4 I think.

Veve0809

Teen Wolf, Roswell, Primeval

Jackeeleggs

Smallville, Supernatural, Teen Wolf, Heroes

Victoria A Wilder

Once again, I think you'd ADORE Crazy Ex-Girlfriend and Once Upon A Time. Also, New Girl, if you haven't seen it. The Good Place is a great one, too! Except New Girl, which is fairly straightforward, they all appear to be one thing but have so much more under the surface. And none of them have scary ghosts or creepy children (that I recall). CxG and NG are both fairly comedic, with CxG having a bit more emotional depth. CxG is so much more than it appears on the surface and I truly think it could be used in a therapeutic setting. Once is about stories...not just fairy tales...and it's just...it's fascinating. It's insane. And there is a distinctly higher chance you'll see a dragon or two in OUAT than if you watched anything else. Multiple possible dragons, swords, all the fun stuff! Someone suggested Supernatural, which is one of my favorite shows...but I don't think you'd be able to sleep if you watched that one. Like, ever. It's got all the scary stuff. BUT if you have recently decided you're okay with that...it's a stellar choice, too!

Josh LeBlanc

iZombie (same creator as Veronica Mars). It's 5 seasons (71 episodes).

x_Rhi_x

Heroes, The Good Place, Ugly Betty (I LOVE this show but never see people react to it), Torchwood (since you're doing doctor who)

Sarah

Totally forgot about Scandal or Once upon a Time

BKKgirl

Ooh, my list would be

BKKgirl

X files, Castle, Alias, Only Murders in the Building, Revenge

Paflad

I'm new around here and I'm still working my way through the archives; I still haven't reached the point where Darcie is watching anything other than Buffy and Angel, but I'm getting there; so I don't really know what has and hasn't been discussed as possibilities, or what Darcie has already seen. That said, I'm seeing a lot of recs in the comments for Twin Peaks, and I'd be all over that. The only show in history that manages to be some of the best TV ever made, and some of the worst TV ever made, sometimes in the same episode. Hell, sometimes in consecutive scenes.

SilverWolf

Arcane! Also would enjoy you watching Once Upon A Time :)

Summer Elaine

i think you would really have fun with Timeless or iZombie!

RNR

Damn, lotta comments, hella suggestions, and I don't see either of these listed but I'mma throw my 2 cents in anyways :P Top two recs are Shameless, and Skins UK. Honestly, either one could also just be a Pilot reaction vid. If you aren't hooked by the first episode of either show, I'd say they aren't really shows that GROW on you, per se. It's kind of an immediate draw or a meh throughout, depending on how well you relate to any of the characters. But yeah, I would absolutely DIE to watch Shameless with Darcie and all my cornpops 🫶🍿🫶

Andrea

X-Files, Orphan Black, Nikita. Also, Superman & Lois just had one of my favorite endings to a TV show ever and it would be great to see more reactors discovering that wonderful show.

Ray D

Chuck would be good too. Has a mix of comedy, action, and drama in Buffy-style. And Jayne from Firefly is one of the main characters

allison lussier

If you’ve never seen Psych you’d love it, light hearted and fun, good banter. I think you’d enjoy doing more of OUAT. If you want some intrigue Lost is always an option. Want some sci-fi? Stargate SG1 was a great long running show with an amazing cast and a prequel movie. (And 2 spinoffs and continuation movies 🙃)

Alyssa

Gilmore Girls or Pretty Little Liars

BiPolar HoneyBear

Hazbin Hotel could be fun for a short show, it's only eight episodes. That is if you like musicals and you don't mind some adult humor.

eva

Okay I am so so late to this but: The good place. How to get away with murder (PLEASE) The OC. Shrinking. If you want something British with David tennant I beg of you to watch BROADCHURCH!!!

Todd Bolton

Twin Peaks, Gilmore Girls, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend
