This was so fun, I'm glad you've enjoyed series 1 and I also can't wait for you to see all the new adventures in series 2! I imagine someone has mentioned it but the music used to be put onto CDs and you could listen to the whole soundtrack for each series - Roses theme has never left me, stunning work

“I was expecting a medical doctor” 😭😭😭 Oh so you went in BLIND-blind 😂

Something non-spoiler worth noting, since it just adds some context: The Time War hadn’t happened yet during the events of “Classic Who”. When Doctor who was cancelled in 1989 it was the 7th incarnation of the Doctor, who then regenerated into the 8th Doctor in a bad tv movie a few years later, and then nothing… until Eccleston appears in episode 1 as the 9th Doctor 👀 at this point we don’t what happened to him in the years between Classic and New Who, how long he was the 8th Doctor before regenerating, or what caused him to need to regenerate again. But it’s during that period that the Time War reaches its climax, and you see the effect it has had on the Doctor in the show Basically everything you learn about the Time War in this was also the first any of us were hearing about it, so you’re not missing anything 🙂‍↕️ Loving the reactions to the show, can’t wait to see you get into Ten 🥹

Jamie Revell

It's often said that whichever Doctor you saw first is often your favourite, so we'll see whether that holds up... I started watching in 1976, so I'd been through it a few times before we got to Ten, but there's always that period of adjustment, of "will I like this new take?" Roll on series 2...
