I'm so glad you are starting this! When it first aired, my mom (also a teen mom) and I used to sit down and watch it together every week. I definitely have thoughts about who Rory should have ended up with, and I have a bunch of fanfic bookmarked on Ao3 to support said choice.

As much as it is a comfort show it's still a show with real tension. The way the dialogue slows down the moment she gets to her Mom's house & their interactions definitely feel like two (or three) people who are incredibly estranged.
