Probably the best episode yet, and one that I knew was going to kick your preexisting overthinky-ness into overdrive lol Every time you said something was wild etc I'm like "Oh it's gonna get even wilder" 😳😆 Man, we knew Adele was tough but I'm thinking maybe we shouldn't piss her off any more 😬 Red Bottoms Lady just took stone cold to a whole new level, jeepers! I need to find more reasons in my life to call people grumpeteers, thanks Topher.

I made a whole big comment, but had connection issues so it got stuck in the void. All that really matters is every time I think, "darcie, just wait!! You have no idea!" Which is wild because there e been so many 😲 moments already! This show is jam packed with so many twists and informationy goodness. It's so much fun to see you react to the reveals, like miss lonely hearts! I can't wait for the next ep! Oh! And Topher really didn't listen to the whole, "think of the dolls as pets... If your child starts talking for the first time, you feel proud. If your dog does, you freak the hell out!" speech, did he? 🤣🤣 But of course I love it because I want to see echo evolve! I am just as fascinated as Topher and Adel! Echo saved the dollhouse, a round of applause! Although, Caroline might be rather upset. 🤔

This episode rocked the (Doll)house! It's one surprise after another. Great script, great acting, great use of everyone. This episode made me think who would win in a fight - Adelle or Lilah. Lol when you compared the Attic to a dog going to the farm. Great fun continuing this journey with you Darcie with this familiar and new cast, having the best time.

Damn what a good episode this was. I had completely forgotten, it's been so long since I'd seen it. But yeah, one mind-blowing moment after another.

This episode is so good and it's not even the best of this season. So much stuff yet to come, but honestly for me the best part of this show is the build up. It's everything that is set up episode after episode that leads to moments and twists that make you see characters and story arcs in a completely different light. If they take time to mention it, it is not random or pointless. Paul finding out Mellie is a doll, Adele as Ms. Lonely Hearts, Dominic as the spy, and Echo making decisions with big impacts. Your reactions to these moments was honestly great. So happy to follow you on this journey!

This show just gets better and better. Damn I love it. I might be in the minority but I put it on the same level as Buffy and Angel for favorite Whedon show (I like it more than firefly). It’s just shocking revelation after shocking revelation with this show. I love that they have been teasing this Miss Lonely Hearts reveal for a while. She’s been mentioned in multiple episodes leading up to this one always implying that she is some old woman. The reveal that it’s Adele is so good.

I'd forgotten the exact way Mellie was revealed as November. Just an absolute gut punch for Paul. When she comes in he seems to be already teetering on the edge only for him to find out that he's in even deeper than he thought.

I already talked about this in Discord spoilers but Mr. Dominic is such a well-written & acted character. Before the reveal today his motivations were already clear. From his perspective Echo is dangerous. She's an Active that doesn't act the same as any of the others except for Alpha, an Active that went insane, on a rampage & is still on the loose. He doesn't want to stop Echo out of malice or just because he's a "bad guy". There's a purpose behind his actions. With this episode we learn there's even more to it. Mr. Dominic was sent to the Dollhouse to keep things from spiraling out of control. The NSA knows how dangerous the tech that Rossum has & they want to keep the lid on Pandora's box. DeWitt sees the other side of the coin & thinks of it as a hostile takeover. At least that's what happens in the moment of the scene, we know that she does have some misgivings though as well. Mr. Dominic is at least partly right when he calls her naive & she's partly right that the NSA isn't operating entirely from a place of altruism. During the conversation in the van Mr. Dominic conveys some measure of maybe not respect but appreciation for Echo. He thought he was justified in trying to get rid of a "broken doll". Knowing that he's lost the game he relishes that they ignored his warnings about Echo & he thinks it will lead them to their downfall. This show has been red hot since episode six. They laid a lot of groundwork though in the proceeding five episodes. Maybe we could've gotten to the fireworks factory a little sooner but overall I'm happy with the journey.
