He put the yellow neckless on her, but he also took the 2 black anvil thingys, he knew her very well and also wanted her with him, but utimately prioritized protecting her

I've seen this finale 4 or 5 times now, and it gets me crying every time. And talk about some emotional whiplash in those last few seconds! You mentioned you hadn't seen Star Wars... just a thought - it might be a good way to attract new viewers if you were up for doing a reaction and dropping it on your youtube channel. But no pressure at all if it doesn't interest you (though I'll admit I think it would be fun to watch).

Rose: crying for her life Amazon: TAXES.

A monumental episode… you’re so brave, I’m so happy you got here and I’m so sad that you’re sad 😅😭 you kept worrying about losing this Doctor and I was like “Girl, wrong teammate!!! Abort!!!” Billie Piper put her whole ***** into this role, she kills it this episode, you can’t NOT cry as she’s breaking down at the end 😪 and girly you KNOW there were gifs on tumblr of the scene with them on each side of the wall at Torchwood 😭 emotional damage And the Doctor being flippant and blunt when telling Rose she has to leave because he’s too damn stoic to show his feelings!! 😭 and when he’s finally about to be honest with her at the end he’s ripped away… wiping away his tears in the Tardis and immediately putting the walls back up, ready to travel on his own. Russell T. Davies, you’re wrong for that 👊🏻👊🏻 All in all, a fantastic episode that destroyed me as a child and actually made me tear up again this time, I thought I was past it 😅 but damn… TenRose, you were so iconic… rip

At least, we still have big brown eyes 🫶🏼 The next episode is actually the Christmas special! A nice breather inbetween seasons to help with the grieving process 😅

Having to bite down when you said "We'll always have Rose"......I knew this one would suck for you! I still remember watching it in my old room, sobbing my teenage heart out!

Definitely the most devastating moment of NuWho yet. Rose & David give it their absolute all here. His screams & her crying, plus the quieter moments as well. Just like that The Doctor is alone again. Mickey, Jackie & Rose all gone to a parallel universe where he can never see them again. It feels like they topped the end of last season with the culmination of Torchwood, the return of the parallel Earth gang, the return of the Cybermen & the return of the Daleks. Besides the spectacle of it all there's a lot of humor (sassy Daleks/Cyberman fight), some horror (Dr. Singh getting smushed) & a ton of heartbreak.

Why do you get French ads? I thought for sure you were a Vancouverite, and that French was primarily an Eastern Canada thing. Guess not. Learn something new every day.

The saddest thing is the story began with Rose saying this is the story of how she died. Because being separated from the Doctor felt like dying to her. Rose Tyler may be gone but the religion will never be forgotten. She’s too important to how the Doctor developed in the beginning of the show. Billie Piper won an award for her performance this episode it that helps anything lol

The Dalek/Cybermen roast battle is one for the ages honestly Daleks cleared x

I avoided this for two full weeks because it's such a tough watch, and yeah it was still brutal lol. One of my favourite finales in Doctor Who. On a side note, you HAVE to watch the Star Wars movies. You'll love them xD
