I think they were planning on doing a spinoff with them, but it fizzled out.

Hunter and Bobbi were written off so they could get their own show - Marvel's Most Wanted. A pilot was shot but then there was a change of leadership at ABC, who then cancelled it before it was commissioned. The pilot has never been released. Incidentally, they were originally supposed to leave after S2 (hence Bobbi's "I can't do this anymore" line), but it was delayed until now

The Spies Goodbye Scene is to this day still my favorite scene of a character/characters exiting a Show or Franchise. Its just sooo well done and so emotionally written and portrait, it makes me cry every time i watch it. I also love that they didnt go the usual way of just killing one of them off and making the other leave due to not handling it well or something like that. As always love ur reactions and im soooo excited for u to see more of our team develop in time.

Some scenes are just so powerful that no matter how many times you see them you cry every time. The parting shot scene is just beautiful and devastating and I've yet to see a reactor not bawl their eyes out watching it. Bobbi and Hunter were just wonderful additions to the cast in Season 2 and 3. Tough to say to goodbye! As others mentioned ABC greenlit a spinoff for Bobbi and Hunter, filmed a pilot for said spinoff, and then promptly dropped the show before the pilot ever aired. Really sad for the actors, but it happens.

Haley James Scott, girl what is you doing here?? God, this episode. I always cry watching it and I *think* this is also the most I've seen you cry in a reaction as well. Just goes to show how much love there is for Bobbi and Lance. Really wish ABC didn't fuck them over. It's hard to know where the show would have gotten had they stuck around but I'd imagine it would somehow have made the following seasons even better. They always made things better

Geez, I'm just glad they survived. But going to miss them so much. And that moment with Mack! He and Bobbi being best friends always filled my heart with so much comfort. We were sobbing together because, wow. It just aches. I knew they'd be going eventually due to all the "don't die" and both of them at different times saying they were tired or wanted to leave at some point. But it's still heartbreaking. What a touching send-off! Honestly glad we didn't see Ward's face at the end. We didn't need that. Let's take this week to grieve. See you next time.
