I remember this episode in particular freaked me out as a kid. It was something about those masks.

Fun little spaceship ep, with a spacesuit eerily similar to the Satan Pit spacesuit and it makes me emotional 🥹😭 fun fact I remember about this episode is that the set was actually EXTREMELY cold. They achieved the heat effect with smoke machines for steam and baby oil on the cast for sweat 😅 And I do just love how Doctor Who is just a lwho’s who” (no pun intended) of British actors. The guy Martha was stuck with and the Captain of the ship were both from different British soap operas!

No spoilers but you’re in for an incredible run of episodes from here until the finale, not a bad one in the batch imo 🥹

I do love the callbacks to "Impossible Planet", but I also appreciate that Doctor Who varies the experience with different obstacles you can encounter while on a spaceship, while still looming threats remain. The countdown adds to the episode.

I didn't initially recall this episode. It snapped into place when I started. I think it's a pretty good one. The ticking clock aspect of it is very satisfying. The breakneck pace doesn't allow much time for characterization. So I'm not super invested in the crew. That's okay though because there's plenty of tension overall.

Love this episode. One of my favourites. Really Enjoy an Evil David Tennant lol
