The conversation between Fitzsimmons about how to pass (or trick) a polygraph test and using a tack or something, might be a little callback to season 1, when a certain SHIELD traitor (grant) used this tactic to pass Koenig's lie detector test (RIP Koenig). Ward put a needle in his fingernail or something, to make the pain he was feeling from his supposed beating at the raid on the Fridge more real and convincing.

Maybe someone mentioned to you before when they first introduced Mace (Director Batman), but this episode talks a little more about how he became a public "hero". The bombing in Vienna they refer to is from the Cap America Civil War movie where Black Panther's father, King T'Chaka died.

Prison riot ✔️ Fire Chains ✔️ Prison fight ✔️ Vengeful death ✔️ and a Prison Break ✔️

The Mack Rock Smith of it all makes me want to heave. Lol

Don't know if you've played the Mass Effect games or not, but the agent giving Simmons the lie detector test is the voice of Garrus.
