The struggle of being really excited for Spider-Man AND the next episode of Shield 😮‍💨😂

This movie, to me, is what civil war is to you

You should definitely watch the other Spider-Man movies at some point! Either for content or just on your own, they're definitely a good watch. I have a crush on Andrew Garfield so I might have some bias on how much I enjoy his version of Peter Parker but Tom Holland ultimately became my favorite out of the big three. As a comic book fan, I just think he embodies Peter Parker so incredibly well And okay--it's wild to think that Tom Holland is only 4 years younger than me, which means while filming this probably around 2016 since it came out in 2017, he was about 20 years old at the time It's even more wild actually that the majority of the teen cast in this movie are all the same age. Peter, MJ, Ned--even Flash--are all played by actors born in 1996

Ooh! Also, that scene where Peter is buried under the rubble, crying out for help?? Always brings me to tears. At the end of the day, he is still a kid and that scene was such a heartbreaking way to remind us. But dammit, he's still Spider-Man Brilliant acting by Tom Holland in that entire scene--it's the scene that I always think back to the most when I think of this movie

I was on a ferry yesterday. I even brought a car on it. I know life and death are a big deal. But I can't imagine how much of a bummer it must have been to find out that all of their cars were totaled.
