That was a really good episode... and I didn't end up in tears by the end! That was nice. Also, agree, Zava signing with Rupert could have worked to build up a big enemy for the season (Rupert, Nate, and Zava). But coming to Richmond opens up drama in the locker room with Jamie and Roy and the coaches. The rest of the season is sure to be interesting.

With Zava as some sort of phenom, maybe it’ll make sense that Richmond win a bunch of games? In Keeley’s friend Shandy, I wonder if Keeley is meeting the stereotype that she once associated with herself? Maybe that’s why she’s so eager to give Shandy a chance.

A little bit of casting synergy going on. The actor playing Zava (Maximilian Osinski) is also on Agents of Shield. He's one of the Shield agents, Agent Davis. He the pilot who was helping hold things down on the ship while Jemma and Daisy went into the Framework last season.

I always think back to when Keeley told Rebecca about her new business and Rebecca's piece of advice was to hire her best friend. I can't help but think that might've been in the back of her mind, giving Shandy the same chance that Rebecca gave her.
