Daisy is a pretty name indeed!! In fact, I just adopted a rescue pup and named her Daisy🌼 Partially in reference both to Agents of Shield and to a Taylor Swift lyric! She officially leaves her foster at 10 weeks old and joins me in her forever home tomorrow, just in time for Mother’s Day!! Can’t wait to welcome home my Daisy Mae 💛 The brave girl is traveling all the way from Lone Star Rescue in Pearland, Texas to me in North New Jersey! Friendly reminder to everyone to support shelters and rescues!!

Not much to say about this one, as it really serves to continue with the world-building of this season, lay the ground rules, and present the stakes. I don't think Deke is doing anything wrong, really, with his little fragment of the framework offering a VR escape for people, tbh. The idea that it could be all Daisy's fault I think is good storytelling. If I'm remembering correctly, I think the next episode will be very entertaining.

It was a surprise to see the actress who played maya on the 100 here! this season was already reminding me a lot of that show so to see an actor from it really took me out of it for a second there lol!

You said that the blue aliens look familiar but I'm not sure if you meant the specific characters or just the blue aliens in general. So no, we have not met any of these specific characters before (this is the future after all) but we have met these blue aliens before: they're Kree. First introduced in season 1 (though not by name), was that Kree body that SHIELD kept for extracting blood and making the GH-325 serum that helped revive Skye/Daisy after she got shot. Then in S2, right after Skye/Daisy got her powers, a Kree (in disguise) came to Earth looking for Inhumans that had been activated, and thats when we got the first mention of Kree by name (before that, Raina was calling them the Blue Angels). And then in S3 we learned about how the Kree created the first Inhumans, i.e. Hive, and Hive summoned Kree hunters to Earth to get their blood to make new Inhumans. Also, in Guardians of the Galaxy, you met Ronan the Accuser, who is Kree.

The world-building is always so goddamn interesting on this show. And here, it is equal parts devastating as it is interesting Work every hour of your waking life or suffer for it. Don't make any waves, don't stand out. And even when you follow those rules, your safety isn't guaranteed. The allegories are strong with this show

I think she might have meant the actors underneath the makeup haha. But this is all such a great recap of information and lore--very useful!
