Named and unanamed mods, someone send her a season dl as a backup. Don't make her suffer Prime ads.

Was waiting for your reaction to Fred! It's a shame about the DVD messing up as the music on Prime on the first season is different, but we did get that first banger of a song! Fingers crossed the DVDs don't skip again. I have all the eps from season 1 on a google drive if you need it as a back up for skipping disks - I know you love the DVD menus haha! Dean has some emotional development in this episode and shows his more vulnerable side a bit, which I love. Even ghost episodes aren't super scary, this one was more of an emotional episode. In terms of the look of the show - the first seasons were filmed on film so it looks a bit different to the shows at the same time. The green screen is funny, but gets a lot better down the line!

Ok. This so a spoiler free question for once you get to the end of the first series, but i shall put it out there now, so youve time to consider : Deangirl or Samgirl? ….sounds like you’re leaning Dean initially, lets see how that goes :-) I’m a 100% straight cis guy…but i almost certainly qualify as a (platonic) Deangirl (laughs). Oh, and i forgot Amy was in the show. She was great in person of interest (my favourite US show…except maybe specifically season 1 of Westworld, which was made by the same people)

The Oracle Witch

I love this haha. Definitely a deangirl myself.

I promise, I promise, it's not all ghosts! But seriously, at least this was a ghost with a good justification for revenge. And honestly you did really good with it! I get the appeal of streaming everything, but I agree about the appeal (especially now when companies are making it so you don't own anything anymore) of physical media. I still have a decent sized collection of DVDs and Blu-Ray discs of various movies and TV shows, and I'll never part with them. Shame you had a skip on this one, but hopefully the rest will be good. It's gonna be so interesting when you get to the end of the season going over some of the questions you brought up at the end like favorite episode, favorite brother, and add in things like favorite individual scene, favorite non-brother character, or favorite monster.

The Oracle Witch

I absolutely hope she does a q&a atleast this season and maybe every few seasons lol.

Sam and Dean are four years apart. Sam born May 2, 1983, Dean January 24, 1979. In real life the actors are both one year older than their characters.

The show started in 2005.

Isaiah

A random Illyria appears!

Fred, It's nice to see you pop up unexpectedly in this show. I know this is sort of a forever show. So, there will be happy surprises from time to time, along the way.

I always rate my fear of an episode based on if I can sleep to it or if it'll wake me up and I'll be afraid. That's a terrible rating system. Lol but this one is a wake up and be afraid, usually when Fred is in the tub freaking out, which still isn't the scariest rating on that scale! Ghosts freak me out. We can thank 'what lies beneath' for this particular ghost fear. My favorite so far is still the first episode. Ghosts freak me out, but I love a good scary as hell ghost. I'm not into monsters as much. For DVD player issues, they used to, and hopefully still do, sell DVD cleaners. It's just a disc with a tiny broom head like thing attached to it that dusts the laser thing. It's worked wonders for me. It's funny, because I sat down to eat and it began skipping, and I was getting angry because my Internet ALWAYS does that. Once I finally settle in and am locked in on the show it's buffering City. So I was well pleased to find out it was on your side. Lol. A little bit anyway, still bummed it didn't work out for you. I hope whatever the problem is doesn't give you more grief. Physical media is amazing, and IMO superior, but it still has it's downsides.

First off, I'm a ride or die Deangirl! Secondly love Person of Interest! It kills me that Darcie hasn't watched it, because I know it would totally be on her favorites as well.
