Your Mod Team reminds you to keep comments spoiler free. As some Cornpops are watching for the first time along with Darcie, we want to keep everyone unspoiled. Thank you in advance.

The sleazy guy that taped the girls was played by future multi time Emmy winner for Breaking Bad, Aaron Paul. This is a fun episode. Love the introduction of Leo. Him and Veronica have some fun banter. And the Mac, baby switch story is great. The ending with Mac and her Bio Mom gives me the feels. Mac is such a great character. The guitar string killer is only OK to me but highlights what a jackass Lamb is.

Honestly not a huge fan of the serial killer subplot but I absolutely love the switched at birth storyline so this episode mostly just consists of me fast-forwarding through half of it while getting teary-eyed with the rest. That scene with Mac and her bio mom where they want to connect but still have that barrier between them with the car window serving as a visual for that metaphor always makes me emotional

Playing catchup, so I'm late to the party with this. First, showrunner Rob Thomas likes to play with puns and pop culture references for titles and things. Pretty much every detail you recalled about the movie "Silence of the Lambs" was correct - you're thinking of the right movie. The episode title, however, is just a play on the movie title and the fact that the current sheriff is named "Don Lamb". I wouldn't be surprised to learn that Mr. Thomas named him that just so he could use this title for an episode. Second (which you probably already recalled since I know he's in the Christmas episode), the character you were thinking of is Eli "Weevil" Navarro. Oddly enough, when you were trying to remember it at the end, I remembered "Eli Navarro" right away but struggled for a minute to recall his nickname despite it being how everyone usually refers to him. Probably just because he used his given name in the scene in this episode, but it was still embarrassing how long it took me to remember "Weevil".

its funny that Katie Leclerc makes an appearance in this episode and then later she became one of the protagonists of Switched at Birth
