I'm so happy you love this movie!! Definite instant classic. My family has been watching it regularly ever since it came out, so it was super fun to see a first time reaction! When I was little I'd try to make petals fly to someone like that, they'd just get stuck in the field next door, if they flew at all. lol You can totally do the candle trick in real life though! I was so happy when I learned that, although it's not terribly practical. And midnight margaritas are definitely a thing now! Damn, I should have made margaritas as my bevy! Missed opportunity! I love the focus on sisterly bond in this movie. And I also aspire to be the single fun aunt! Who could ask for more?! It's definitely the best gig. This was so much fun! Thanks for doing it! <3

Such a fun Halloween movie night! This movie has quickly become one of my favorites this season, so it was so exciting to see this post today. Also I'm with you 100% on the shots analysis. It is a bonding thing and I love taking shots with people, but straight alcohol (usually whiskey for me because tequila makes me act a fool) is horrible to me. I started doing shots when I first started bartending and it really helped form bonds with people, and it still does. There's just something about it! Again, I was so happy watching this tonight. My foster daughter tried to watch with me but she was asleep within 4 minutes 😂
