About FurAffinity (Patreon)

Hi everyone. Today, as usual, I visited FurAffinity and saw this post from the site's news account. If you visit the site often, you’ve likely seen it too. It discusses financial sanctions imposed by advertisers due to the NSFW content for which the site is known. You can read the post and check out the details yourself; I won't be summarizing it here.

I just want to say one thing: if you care about the future of this site and the content posted here, I would like to ask you to make a donation - perhaps by signing up for a paid subscription or buying some merchandise. An era of total censorship is rapidly descending upon the entire internet - regardless of the pretext, whether it’s hypocritical concern for defenseless, innocent children or threats to cut off advertising revenue. And we, ordinary users, will have to support our favorite platforms so they don't ultimately buckle under the steamroller of censorship. Personally, as an independent adult, I have no need for throngs of "well-meaning" men and women in expensive suits telling me what I can and cannot watch online. I loathe censorship and every manifestation of it, and I despise those who justify its implementation with far-fetched, absurd pretexts. I imagine you feel the same way.

I signed up for a paid subscription on FurAffinity, and you can do the same for this site. No one paid me for this post; I am writing it of my own accord. I’ve been posting my work on FurAffinity since 2019; many of my clients first reached out to me with commission requests there, and I’m certain that many of my subscribers first discovered my art on that platform before finding their way here. I like this site and the ability to post NSFW content there with minimal censorship. Yes, at times I dislike the low-quality content published there in huge quantities, and I don't care for some people's bizarre fetishes, but they all have a right to exist too.

Don’t let the internet turn into a sterile, neutered Sharia zone where a bare female ankle counts as unacceptable 18+ content. Support the sites and creators you like. That is all.
