he knows about the phone cause he gave it to the lady and it has his personal phone number on it which she texted 3 times. that’s why he’s connected to it. he didn’t know where the phone actually was tho he just knows he’s fucked cause he’d be a suspect. especially cause in his previous division he was doing a solo investigation using her as bait & now she ends up dead so he would definitely be a suspect. now the fact that victim was in sk illegally he’s saying they won’t be able to figure out her identity. she has no family or anyone that would claim her which is basically what he was trying to tell his dad but his dads like the media just needs to grab onto 1 tiny thing and you’ll automatically be labeled as a suspect and it’ll ruin your life. his dad is all about promo which is annoying but u can’t blame him for going off on his son in this instance because if he was gonna do this sting why the hell would he give his personal number??? the dad even said u were so confident u basically thought u were the shit & even gave her your personal number. just dumb all around tbh

no i know that juwon knows about the phone because he gave it to the lady, i know how he's connected to her. i was wondering how dongsik knew about the phone. everything else i'm good on haha! the pops is typical cop/kdrama dude who cares about image more than justice + involved with more shadiness and the son trying to stick to the code he's learned.
