The little rat is finally dead!!!! The satisfaction I felt the first time I watched this episode was soooo good, seeing him do a double take when Sansa called him out GOOOOOOD I HATE CERSEI. She acts so high and mighty when really she ain’t shit compared to everyone else Jon’s righteousness and honor gets ahead of his logic. He could have kept that he was siding with dany a secret until things were taken care of with the night king. Well he does have stark blood so I guess I can’t blame him too much Poor Jorah, friend zoned twice 😂 I love Theon’s character development so much throughout the series especially in the end The Targaryen reused names like crazy lol. There were so many Aegon Targaryens. I 100% agree, Jon’s lineage (or whatever it’s called) just derails danys entire purpose that the throne is rightfully hers. In actuality, Jon was rhaegars legal son (rhaegar was next in line for the throne) so Jon,by right, is the true heir. And the fact that they’re going at it without knowing anything is crazy

The fact that they saw a bear get turned into the undead, remembered to burn the priest who died with them but didnt think to burn the dead dragon🥴👏🏾 of course the night king’s version of the dragon is better. It has all the same strength of the original dragon but with unlimited HP🫠

you should watch the intro next ep, it's completelyyy different atp when i first watched, i didn't really understand the negative public opinion of any aspect of GOT, just because i was so enamored by it all i think. i binged it & was just happy to see any episode lol - but now i deff see it with a more critical eye. there's things that, not so much i think shouldn't have happened, but i don't understand/like how we got there. the jon & dany storyline is one of them. it all makes sense in theory, but isn't well written. like jon & dany getting together eventually? sure. but this fast? wtf

I was told I should, however, I'm looking to do shows that majority of people are watching. Look at how Squid Game 3 did compared to 2. Even GOT season 1,2,3 compared to now it's a huge drop off. House of Dragons has 2 seasons afaik, if I start it I'd prefer a higher engagement to keep posting otherwise it may be smarter to do a kdrama or something. I have 90% interest in watching because this is tough! However not having any of the characters I know from 7 seasons kinda sucks lol. Ill make a post about it.

I just looked it up cause it was confusing me too. Maester Aemon was the Mad King's™ Great Uncle (aka his grandpas brother) Mad King™ is Jon's grandpa Dany is his aunt Maester Aemon was his great great Great Uncle (who was great) 🤔🤔 Damn it's crazy how many generations went between him and Jon, but I guess when you're having kids young they tend to go by faster. It's funny how everything gets derailed once you realize the line of succession is wrong. Danys "I am the rightful heir therefore I must sit on the throne" ideology is in shambles and that's kinda her only thing going for her in Westeros. I think what she was doing in Essos was great, it was needed and accomplished so much more. Looking at Jon on the other hand. He was born a bastard, had no right to about anything but built his way up by earning people's trust and love. I actually think he's the perfect person for the throne. Kings Landing would kill his soul though

THIS. on rewatch the general plot isn't bad by any means. It's just going by so damn fast, i feel like I'm getting spun around and as soon as I get my footing they spin me around again

It never fails to amuse me that little finger even with his very last breath was opening his mouth to try to spin some bullshit. Truly an example of someone who thought he was smarter than he was. I think the idea that Jon's parentage somehow derails Dany's whole arc would make sense if it was anyone except John. We know immediately that he has no interest in thrones. He accepted being king in the North so that he could have the troops needed to win the battle against the dead but when it's all said and done if they all make it out is he going to try to sit on the iron throne? It would just seem so out of character for me that he starts challenging her or tells anyone about this I think he'd be happy to let her have it. And that's even without this romance plot I don't fully understand Bran's power so this is only my interpretation I think he can see the past And even when it comes to seeing the past he's not all knowing. He has to know what to look for It's almost like he has access to the internet but it wasn't until Sam brought up the fact that he read about rhaegar's annulment that he was like 'hold on let me go back and check that' to verify it.

plsss i was just as shocked as you when sansa called out littlefinger 😩 & when cersei ended up lying about her promise to send troops north.. this is technically a rewatch for me but i was fooled still 💀💀 the night king’s dragon looks so cool ngl.. does it just have a blue flame tho or is it breathing like cold fire or ice?? is it just as dangerous as dany’s dragons or worse? jw bc it took that wall down with ease..
