Omg this is such a good show!!! I’m glad you’re watching it (even if you don’t continue it). I really want a s2 but no news yet. I’m definitely gonna have to request one of my favorite shows soon lol It’s a sad show but has funny, happy moments too, it’s really good too. Definitely about growth, understanding, and showing respect for the deceased (as you saw, the apartment manager wanted them to clean it out quick probably so they can put it back on the market but like someone just died there, no respect) It’s not spiritual or like a fantasy type show. They are a service that helps cleanup the belonging of deceased people. However, as they go through those people’s belongings, they find out more about their lives. Geu-ru learns from his father how to find the things each person liked in life which was probably difficult for him due to his Autism (states it’s Asperger but that’s an outdated term but I think Korea still uses it). They pack away the most important things of those peoples into the yellow boxes.

As someone who is on the spectrum, change is very hard. Death is very had to understand and adjust to as well. His father did very well to raise him to be as independent as possible.

oh ive been wanting u to watch this for years im so glad you're finally checking it out!! this show is very deep and sad indeed but it's also very wholesome and fun, definitely one of my favorites
