Token Default Settings (Patreon)

I pushed another update, that lets patreon supporters setup their default token settings for GMG. So anytime a Token is added to GMG these settings will be applied. This should save you time if you have a certain preference to setup tokens.

Additionally you can now automatically configure Smoke & Specters darkvision feature. If a statblock has "darkvision 30ft" or another range in it's senses list, it will automatically set this value for S&S. This should save time when you add multiple tokens to GMG and don't have to configure this setting for S&S additionally.
