Devlog - HP Tracker v1.5.0 (Patreon)

This week I started with the implementation of the Statblock -opover. I chose the first variant described in my last post to create a small prototype. I managed to achieve my desired default positioning of the popover (I try implementing a setting so everyone can chose their own positioning) as well as displaying a statblock.

But while this is a nice progress so early in the development phase, it got me thinking about the Tokenrow:

While this is functional, it is rather wide, and HP Tracker is already a pretty wide extension. And now I need another button to enable the statblock in the new popover.

I could add the functionality to the current statblock button and maybe add the old functionality on right-clicking it. But as soon as something has multiple responsibilities there is a high chance for bugs or unwanted behaviour.

So I think I will spend the holidays thinking about how this Tokenrow can be improved and I might do a little redesign, because if I'm changing it anyway why not make it a little prettier.

I'm also reworking the group row a little, to make things even faster to configure. But I'm not yet sure if this will make 1.5.0
