“What was that?” Pansy muttered as she lay on her back, trying to catch her breath.

“An orgasm,” he teased her even as he leaned back, enjoying the sight. She might not have the most pleasant personality he had ever interacted, but that didn’t impact her beauty the slightest, especially with her face glowing after the climax, erasing her usual snide attitude. “Don’t tell me you never had one?”

“I did, but nothing like this one,” she whispered.

“Good, because we’re just starting,” he said as he waved his hand, once again using a simple Wiccan trick, this time ripping her underwear. The moan of arousal she let out was incredible. She was getting off his power, clear and simple.

But, despite her excitement, she tightened her legs, blushing. “I need to stay a … virgin,” she said, then blushed. “Family spell,” she explained.

He smirked. “That’s the only restriction, right?” She nodded. “Excellent,” he responded, lying by her side, his fingers dancing on her soft curves. “Now, you were talking about which people on the other side the Malfoys had blackmail material on,” he whispered.

“R-right?” she muttered. “Two of the undersecretaries are working for Draco, one an agent, the other being blackmailed…” she started, not even asking how it would help her get back with Draco anymore. He decided to be even more shameless, and grabbed some of the thick parchment on the bedside table. Trying to figure out how to write with a quill had been somewhat of a challenge, but he was able to handle it easily.

He used her body as a toy while she spilled secret after secret, though the details worried him. Pansy didn’t seem to be lying, but if she was telling the truth, the level of control the Malfoy family had on the Ministry was absurd.

So much that he changed his mind and sent all of those secrets to Holly, because he suspected she wouldn’t believe him. Instead, he started asking Pansy more pointed questions, trying to pin down everyone who was involved in the French plot against Hermione.

It was something he avoided at the start, not wanting Pansy to realize his true objective. But, watching her trembling and moaning figure whenever he brushed her nipple, he decided that it was not exactly an issue.

He even rewarded her with a gentle kiss to the underside of her breast when she revealed a key detail related to the plot.

At that point, he believed he had enough information for Holly to reverse the situation. Admittedly, he didn’t understand magical politics by any reasonable sense, but if they couldn’t reverse the situation even after learning who on their side was sabotaging their communications, who on the French other side was bribed by Malfoys, and the exact objective, nothing would.

“Very good, Pansy,” he whispered as he moved down with his kisses, until he settled between her legs. “You have been a very good girl. You deserve a reward,” he said.

His tongue danced, and in response, she grabbed his hair, desperate. “Samuel,” she moaned desperately, her reaction suggesting that she hadn’t gone that far yet. “Don’t stop.”

“As long as you’re willing to do the same next time, Miss Parkinson,” he teased her.

Her eyes widened. “In my mouth?”

“I’ll teach you. Don’t worry,” he responded before delving, his tongue dancing at her core. This time, he didn’t try to keep her on the edge, and soon, she was trembling again.

While she recovered, he adjusted his position, undressed and lay on his back, and left her next to his shaft. She looked at him in fascination. “So big,” she whispered, which was always a statement that helped one’s ego.

Her fingers wrapped around the base, clumsy and hesitant. “Lick the side,” he said, and immediately followed. For all her character faults, she was truly obedient.

Wanting to test the limits of her obedience, he pushed his fingers through her hair, and directed. She followed, happy to turn herself into a fun toy.

The room quickly filled with her desperate moans, as Pansy sucked him as if he had just offered the source of endless magic. She might be inexperienced, but she took nonverbal cues surprisingly well, and her enthusiasm handled the rest.

Back and forth, Pansy sucked him with passion and desperation, happy to push her limits and more. For a prissy rich girl, she was surprisingly obedient in bed.

Obedient enough to give him some ideas … but that would depend on whether some of the worse parts of her personality could be blunted. But, that was something to be decided on later.

Instead, intensified their passionate dance, until the pleasure overwhelmed her, and she fell asleep.

He hummed while he tucked her into her bed, then grabbed the parchment, quickly compiling a condensed letter for Holly, signed it as a mysterious ally. Then, just to be on the safe side, he wrote two more copies.

Talking with Pansy for hours also revealed who was on Holly’s side, which apparently included the current Headmistress of Hogwarts, Minerva McGonagall, and the owner of the shadiest pub in Hogsmeade called the Hog’s Head.

After he dressed, he fashioned a quick mask that would keep the lower half of his face hidden. It was suspicious, but luckily, he had seen many who actually dressed like that. Wand wizards were not subtle people.

At all.

So much that, when he went to a small business that provided rental owls, and he used one of the owls to send a letter with his face covered, he didn’t even blink, just asking three sickles for payment.

He used two owls, sending one of the letters to Holly directly, and the other to Professor McGonagall. To be on the safe side, he actually walked to Hog’s Head, and dropped the letter in front of the old bearded man that was at the bar, and left without saying anything.

He was glad that he had gone through the spell books, as it allowed him to recognize mostly invisible spell the old man cast at him. It was a tracking spell, so he didn’t panic. Instead, he walked toward the outskirts, found a nice alley with a lot of climbing space, then dispelled it.

Immediately, he climbed the wall and rolled over, then jumped through two roofs, and crouched. At the same time, he closed his eyes for a moment, focusing on containing his presence.

While he called it a trick, actually, it was anything but that. It was one of the core tenets of Wiccan Magic, trying to understand the planet by embodying the natural elements. But, under the circumstances, it made him feel more like a rock than a human to scrying methods.

He held his breath and waited. A good choice, because the same old man appeared in the alley with the distinctive crack of apparation. He first looked around, then cast a few spells. Two of them, he felt rolling over him, but he stayed immobile.

Technically, all Aberforth had to do was to look up and carefully examine the roofs, and he would be found, but after his spells didn’t give him the result he wanted, he disappeared with another crack.

He wasn’t surprised. If he was dealing with another wand wizard, expecting him to leave either by flying on a broom or apparating himself would be a reasonable choice. Maybe he would have used more invasive spells if he believed that he was looking for an enemy, but a courier openly dropping a letter was a different issue.

He still stayed on the roof for ten minutes before he made a move, partially a precoution, partially that it finally gave him observing the inherent magical density of Hogsmeade, just like how he had done for Diagon Alley.

He noticed a few details quickly. For one, neither Hogsmeade nor Diagon Alley had a magical density that could be compared to Sunnydale; but considering it didn’t carry the obvious and suffocating mark of dark energies, it was a fair exchange.

Magic energy was still immeasurably thicker than in the mundane world, and after a point, the density wasn’t exactly helpful unless he planned to pull some kind of complicated ritual that was far beyond his capabilities in any case.

Altogether, it was a much better spot than Sunnydale if he wanted to focus on improving his magic, but that would have required him to give up the advantages of Sunnydale, which was, for all the extra danger, enormous.

With that, he returned to the room, with Pansy still sleeping after her latest climax. He could have let her sleep, but instead, he kissed her neck.

He had to wait until morning to check if there was any result from his intervention, and he needed a way to spend that time…

The rest of the night had gone well. Multiple climaxes she had received before the system decided to enter its temporary cooldown for tantric victories had been fun, not that he stopped.

Teaching Pansy about true pleasure was fun, especially since every orgasm made her less bitchy, at least toward him. He also had a feeling that he had created some unrealistic expectations in her about how amazing orgasms could be, but that was something to be considered later.

At the moment, he was distracted by the sudden magical flare in the room, and noticed that the table, previously empty, was filled with food. “Oh, breakfast here,” Pansy said, not shocked.

Convenient, and utterly wasteful, he decided, still having trouble understanding how the wizarding world worked. But, he had never been particularly deep thinker, and he was happy to carry Pansy to the breakfast table.

Having her naked body on his lap while they ate was more important. Her knowledge of the pureblood side, combined with her rewards and ease of seduction, meant that she was worth cultivating as a spy.

He sighed.

The sacrifices he was making for Hermione…

However, Pansy’s idyllic mode was broken when she opened the newspaper, only for her eyes to widen. He didn’t even need to ask her what was going on. The front page was explained that the dispute over the artifact with France was resolved, and the war heroine Hermione Granger had been released.

“That lucky arrogant bitch,” Pansy growled in frustration.

“Not a fan of Granger?” he asked even as he spanked Pansy, though surprised she hadn’t gone full slur.

“Of course not. No one that shared that many classes with that know-it-all bitch can be a fan of hers. Merlin, the endless questions, I can still hear them. Every single class...”

He shook his head, amused. To be fair, he could imagine a younger Hermione being an absolute menace in the classroom, especially with her obsession with authority. “She must have been a teacher’s pet?”

“Oh, like you can’t believe,” Pansy responded, but she didn’t stay focused on Hermione, but instead turned her attention back to the newspaper, finishing reading the news. “Oh, Draco must be driven crazy by his masterplan being ruined. Good,” she said vindictively.

He chuckled as his hands explored her body. “Good, because him getting in trouble solves my problem,” he said.

She tensed. “What do you mean?”

“Well, my mission is to trouble him. It’s not like they will know I hadn’t really started my mission. I can easily claim my mission is complete.”

Pansy paused, then her eyes widened. “A-Are you returning to America?”

“In a few days, yes,” he said. She opened her mouth, but he silenced her with a kiss. “Don’t worry. I still owe you one, and I’ll help with your engagement situation. I just need a favor.”

She tensed. “What favor?”

He caressed her shoulders, massaging her to relax a bit. He also wanted to see if he could use her connections to solve one of his biggest problems. “Well, my status in America is … sensitive,” he said, caressing her body, still fascinated by how easily she trusted him just because he could use what she believed to be wandless magic.

“Nothing too extreme,” he said. He knew exactly what he would want, which he had learned from browsing in the bookstore. “I just need you to arrange a two-way portkey I could use repeatedly, between here and America, and ideally dropping me in Muggle London, in an empty spot.”

She looked surprised. “A portkey is not a big deal,” she said. “Is this what you really want?”

“As I said, my unique circumstances make it difficult to arrange one. Not without certain people tracking me,” he said.

“Sure,” she said, shrugging, which looked amazing in her nude state. “But, it has to have a destination set on both sides of travel. Where in America?”

“Los Angeles,” he said. He had read the warnings about the West Coast, but asking her directly was a good way to test the real reaction of the purebloods.

Her body froze under his hands. “L-Los Angeles?” she whimpered. “The West Coast. Are you serious?”

Since her reaction was mostly shock and fear, he decided to push on. “Yes. I mean, it’s a bit dangerous with all the vampires and demons and other nonsense, but not something that bad,” he said, then chuckled loudly, with exaggerated confidence. “Well, not to me, at least.”

She gulped. “V-vampires and demons are not dangerous to you?”

Her reaction surprised him. He had expected wizards and witches to be handling demons and vampires easily, especially with his Magical Combat skill giving him a lot of ideas doing so. But then, just because Holly was providing it didn’t mean Magical Combat was a common specialization.

Holly was clearly not an ordinary witch.

“Well, manageable is a more fair way of describing it,” he said, hedging his bets. “But, I know how to survive.”

“How? A lot of demons are supposed to be immune to magic. And, an ambush from a vampire … even with wandless magic…”

He smirked, confident as he grabbed the fork, used it as a dart, and threw against a soft spot at the wall. It sank into the wall. “Easy. I don’t just rely on my magic,” he said. “Cut the head, and a demon dies just as easily. Of course, you still need to be careful and hide your presence. If you tussle with the wrong demon…”

She shivered. “I can’t imagine living in such a dangerous place. Even the Dark Lord didn’t dare to visit directly, and I know some of the emissaries he had sent just disappeared. No news.”

He shook his head. He didn’t underestimate the total firepower a wand wizard could bring, but it was clear that they focused on fighting very rarely. Combined with their lack of common sense, ambushing them would have been too easy.

“I’m curious exactly how much you know about Los Angeles and the surrounding areas?” he said. “Tell me.”

“I don’t know much,” she admitted. “I just know that there’s a major dimensional breach there, allowing a lot of dark things that were supposed to be sealed to pass to our side. Enough that MACUSA stopped trying to expand there after their last disastrous attempt and instead focused on containment.”

“Any stories of what happened?”

“No, other than they had been defeated by a trio of major demons. A stag, a wolf, and some kind of sheep, according to the stories I heard.”

“Three demons?”

“Worse. Incarnations of three demons,” she said, shivering. “It’s why most of us don’t even visit MACUSA. The demons are infamous. According to what my grandfather told us, they had singlehandedly destroyed the MACUSA army before ICW reinforcements could arrive, and even then, they only achieved a stalemate.”

He hummed. “Well, unfortunately I don’t know much about history, but in practical sense, major demons are not active,” he said. “An ambush from an old vampire is still scary, of course, but nothing too difficult to handle if you’re prepared.”

She shifted on his lap, her eyes wide, as if she were seeing him for the first time, even more fascinated than before. While she processed his supposed achievements, which was somewhat true, he focused on trying to untangle her perspective on Los Angeles.

He wasn’t exactly comfortable with the mention of the major demons. Unfortunately, a casual talk from an unreliable and indirect source was hardly conclusive. Still, he added that as a research project.

“Fine, you can arrange a portkey to Chicago, at least,” he said, remembering the maps from the store. She looked confused. “One of the states in the middle part,” he explained. “It still falls under the control of MACUSA.”

Also, it meant he had to fly only for three hours rather than twelve, which was still an incredible improvement.

She nodded. “That, I can do,” she said. “But, it’ll still take a day.”

“Acceptable,” he said, caressing her belly, enjoying her shiver. “But, you have to entertain me in the process. I shouldn’t be seen around…”

She leaned to kiss him. “Well, that can be arranged…”

&&&

“Wow, that was unpleasant,” he said as he hit the ground hard, looking at the shiny crystal he had in his hand. A portkey. One that could only be activated in the exact location. One side of it was a random forest just outside of Chicago, an airport nearby; the other side was in Pansy’s permanent room in the Three Broomsticks.

Still, while the portkey had been unpleasant, it was nowhere near as pleasant as a flight over the ocean. Not to mention, it was much cheaper.

“Also, it helps that I can modify it,” he said with a smile. Even with his Wand Magic Theory, he couldn’t build a brand-new portkey, but adjusting it to change its arrival point was actually easy.

All it would take was a small ritual, and he could set the other end to his house, giving him an even better way to return to England. The same went for returning to Pansy’s room directly, but he had no intention of changing it.

Pansy proved to be surprisingly useful.

It helped that it wasn’t even his biggest gain. His biggest benefit had been solving Hermione’s trouble, even if she had no idea he was the one solved it in the first place. While he wasn’t able to meet her face to face, they had a phone call, and she promised she was perfectly fine.

As for potions, he didn’t even need to say anything. Some of the simpler potions he could brew worked wonders to close open wounds, replenish blood loss, and deal with other critical maladies.

The best part, they were able to be brewed relatively easily, with common materials … well, common enough to be sold in Magic Box. Mostly herbs rather than exotic stuff like dragon livers, which was hard to get.

Not that he was complaining. He would never complain about having another way to save his life in an emergency.

WolfRam & Hart... Interesting

Alkole

This is honestly one of my favourite fics currently

Alkole

I would really like a power scaling for the Wicxan magic tho. Especially the bits that can make himself stronger by absorbing/meditation? Didn't really understand that bit

yr45

Really enjoying the HP part of this one.

Hakkira

Thank you kindly for the chapter 😁 I like how Wolfram and Hart were the reason MACU isn't in the West coast 👍 I have been refreshing my Buffy Lore on the Wiki (it has been many years since I watched it) and I am surprised by how much happened in the lore after the end of both TV shows as some really crazy stuff happens in the comics/books it seems 😅 Will you be using the TV lore only or also use the extended media stuff out of interest Jesse? 🤔

Aeden Emrys

Thanks for the amazing story so far! This has definitely become my favorite among your stories and I hope to be reading much more for a very long time 😁! I will be on the lookout for the next great chapters!

Urbane_Bomber

Having Wand magic be ineffective against Demons is a great touch. I do wonder if it was the magic itself or lack of imagination. Knowing Wizards, it could be both lol.

Urbane_Bomber

I wonder if charmed will be added to this story.

Jesse Desire

I probably won't use much of the extended media, because Harry potter and possible other stuff will fill that better than rather mediocre comic followups.

Jesse Desire

It's not that Wand Magic is ineffective uniquely, but a lot of demons have magic resistance, and considering how scared Wizards are of giants and werevolves, I don't expect them to be effective against them, except a few select few like Dumbledore, Voldemort, Holly, and other major fighters.

Hakkira

That makes sense as in one of the stories Wolfram and Hart try to escape earth in a spaceship which is some crazy ass lore they added...

Jacob Harris

Really good chapter, a lot of important plot advancement and sexy stuff in the same chapter. I really like when the MC is proactive like this, exploring and discovering new things bit by bit.

DivineBeastTaco

You should move fencing up the list and keep the skills sorted by level.
