Hi everyone! See you soon - 1 PM AZ time

The picture attached had the most votes and I can’t wait to show you how to paint this beautiful scene with a focus on lifting

Materials:

paper- I'll be using a 4X6" piece of arches watercolor paper, taped down.

paint- Bring any paints that you prefer, I'll be using the W&N limited palette of cad yellow, cad red, ultramarine blue, lemon yellow, perm rose, cerulean, indigo and sap green.

brushes- We'll be using our regular brushes, size 4 and 10 round, and also a small flat brush for lifting.

All classes are recorded and available to watch any time after the stream ends. The link will be live at 1 PM AZ time when the class starts. Let me know what questions you have!

Can’t wait to paint with you

Thank you Kristin! Great class!!! Thank you again for all your hard work!

I didn't realize the flatbrush would be so useful. It really does work for some of these effects.

Jerilynn Lioi

I would call this one a learning opportunity!

I didn’t paint but I enjoyed watching you paint

Hello from Portland, Oregon! That was a lot of fun. Definitely a challenge for me. I needed to stop about a half hour before I did! Waaaay overworked 😩. Surprisingly, the sky (usually my strongest skill) turned out the worst. I kept trying to fix it…and well, you know how that goes! I’ll try it again.

Hi what magenta do you use. My magenta is very different..when you say magenta, is it more permanent rose? Please check your DMs

Your step by step directions are incredible. It is wonderful to see the process. I painted with you live and then finished my painting with the replay crew. I love the energy of painting live and the replay crew is always cool 😎. Thank you Kristin 💕

I would definitely come to Sedona in the Fall.

Me tooooooooo! Even a long weekend class somewhere in the US. I also feel like Grand Canyon, California Coast, Redwoods, or Pacific Northwest would be EPPPPIC.

Susan C Terris

I would LOVE to visit Sedona for a painting workshop with Kristin! Close to home (CA).

a few of us winter in AZ from Nov. to April and would definitely come to a workshop in AZ for a couple days. Love the idea.
