We're so excited to announce the Merch Club reward for Q2 2024, our first ever puzzle! The art is by the incredible Beau Beavers and the box was designed by Dante Johnson at Pinpoint! To get your copy, upgrade to the $25 Tier by June 30th! This product will ship in July. Here's some close-ups of the artwork, as well as a photo of the puzzle itself!

Not sure where to ask this question: I'm thinking about upgrading to the merch club tier, but I am in Europe (France) and if I order something from outside the EU that costs more than 150€, some export taxes apply, that I would not be keen to have to pay every quarter. I would expect the merch drop not to cost as much on paper but I'm not sure how it's calculated as I'm not actually "buying" it directly. Does anyone in this tier who lives in the EU (if there is anyone?) have info on this that could be helpful?

I'm from belgium, i rarely buy above 150€ worth of stuff so can't help with that, but for the merch club tier imports i usually just have to pay 35-ish€ for import. Could be different in france but idk.

Uh they said you just need to upgrade to the Merch Tier by June 30th so what it would cost is the amount to upcharge to the Merch Tier (for example if you have the $10 tier you would need to pay $15 more dollars) and then you would need to pay 25$ on July 1 because they are shipping them in July.

It would be great if all the photos they post are like this, but the actual puzzle has them secretly hidden somewhere dragging a dead body towards the bay 😂 but you only find it by doing the puzzle

There’s a separate shipping payment? How does that work?

No it's not a separate charge, they are just saying you will be charged $25 for the month of July (after you upgraded your membership before June 30th) and that is your membership charge for being in the merch club and what is also being used as the money for the merch.

Well actually technically you upgrading to the merch club tier in June and then downgrading in July should still be fine because it's that final month of the quarter ending in June charge that gives you access to the item. Then they send you a link to the order of the item and you verify your address and send it. I might be crazy but I'm preeeeeetty sure standard shipping was free. Also only some of the items become available in the merch store after a while, some are not.

I know someone asked about the EU, but I live in the UK and would LOVE to upgrade to get this puzzle. I'm unsure though how shipping would work as I know for a while (and possibly even still), Naddpod was unable to ship to the UK. Does anyone have any ideas about this?

Apologies for the late reply, but to answer your question we CAN ship Merch Club items to the UK! We're also hoping to be able to open our store back up to UK customers soon, but unfortunately we're still dealing with post-Brexit VAT regulations. This is such a cool piece of merch. I really think this is the best piece I’ve received not just from Naddpod, but across all support tiers and all platforms. The artwork is awesome, the idea is great, and I get to take a trip down memory lane with the band of boobs. Props to whomever thought of the idea-maybe they deserve an extra d6 of damage or rolling with advantage after all us merch club members/council of elder members definitely are providing the help action right now.
