Just as I was creating my all D&D court playlist

Anthony Drake

The earliest I’ve ever been! Love all that you guys do and just got the mixed bag! Listening to murph freak out about the D&D movie (2000) was so funny

Ivan Ramos

Best way to close out my work day. A chaotic hour of comedy

Tim Romero

Our lil loggys always crapping jokes

Eric Guajardo

Hello if one of you see this I love you

CommodoreBlue

Love hearing callbacks to the Animorphs incident. Such a scandal

kin

jumpscare redbull mention

Elizabeth Gunn, sickly but cruel

Does anybody know if there's a reason that early episodes are no longer available in itunes? Been trying to figure out the formatting across various platforms and I'm struggling.

Roz Rae Powers

I'm gonna have to agree with Jake that Animorphs spoilers are *way* more egregious than Christmas Carol spoilers. 54 lovingly handcrafted mainline novels, 8 triple-length specials, and 2 choose-your-own-death novels? There are just so many wonderful/terrible things to explore! From dinosaur times to deep space, from Atlantis to biological warfare, from killing Hitler to witnessing a Gamer become god, all woven together with the singular theme of showing the grim realities of War to the children reading the books. Jokes aside, I do recommend them. Love those poor traumatized teens <3

Eric Pierce

I once dropped little logs off at a little place called mangias

Jack

I love dnd court by the little logs

Professor Pratt

Ive already made the Little Logs sign. See you the next time you come to Boston or Medford.🤓

Kay

Air stream = camping trailer. Soda stream = carbonation machine. The image of emily sucking on a big silver trailer and saying "I'm carbonated!" Made me giggle.

Professor Pratt

You, sir, win NADDPOD callback of the day!

Rick

For the nude paladin: rust monster, gelatinous cube, or goblin thief.

Ivy Stocking

I didn’t realize I could access others with the subbed content, awesome!!

Lia

What rolls down stairs Alone or in pairs, Rolls over your neighbor's dog? * What's great for a snack and fits on your back? It's Log, Log, Log! Hey kids! Start jumping baroune like kangaroos because look what's new from Log! It's mini logs! Frosted, shredded, and overall moss embedded you can never get enough of that flavor you love most! It's Lo-og, Lo-og, It's big, it's heavy, it's wood. It's Lo-og, Lo-og, It's better than bad, it's good! Everyone wants a Log! You're gonna love it, Log! Come on and get your Log! Everyone needs a Log (everyone wants a Log)... You're gonna love it, Log! When it's THIS much fun, it must be long

Eric Pierce

I graciously accept the lowercase w

#NeverForget Little Logs

Gearbox

Generous read for paladin: edgy rogue has stolen stuff in every room they've been in, and even though they didn't see the theft this time, they just assume that rogue did it anyway.

Heliks

I don't recall them calling the session to order ... Therefore, this whole session is stricken from the record!

Verbal Fireflies

*For the Doffers DM* Hey! Just let the Paladin die and come back... Use use their revivify on a silly battle. Maybe like have their god reach out to them during the in between time, and have them be kind of disappointed in the player. Letting them know this isn't the way to righteousness, or something that fits your story. Problem solved 🙂

Zaxbeez

The ghost of animorph spoilers strikes again

Barback of Penance

Welp, guess Stitch is part of our surprise round cast, and crew now

Leah S.

I think using dispell magic on awaken would mean you could use dispell magic on someone who had revivify used on them.

Not Another D&D Podcast

Could you clarify which episodes you're talking about? Also, are you referring to the NaddPod+ episodes on Apple Podcasts? Or listening to episodes on itunes via the Patreon RSS? Hopefully we can figure this out! ~Caldwell

SkipperMars

A generous read on the Twinned Spell Sorcerer is that 2 fireballs can still be achieved with a Sorcerer’s Metamagic using a Quickened Spell

SkipperMars

Or just have the Paladin arrested for indecent exposure

James W

i haven't gotten a chabce to watch the video yet but you can't cast two levelled spells in one turn if you use a bonus action to cast one (quickened spell), you CAN cast two levelled spells in one turn, you just need something like action surge

Jacob Coates

I believe you can’t use dispel magic on any spell that has a duration of instantaneous. Like find familiar, plane shift, awaken, revivify, find steed, teleport

Leah S.

I agree, my comment was towards the suggestion in the video that you could.

SkipperMars

My DM lets me use quickened spell to do two spells per turn and you CANT stop him

Tori the Tungsten Dragoose, Dr. Dog's assistant

A shield can be worn on an arm, leaving both hands free. I know that's not how DND mechanics work, but two handed weapons with a shield on one arm was fairly common in real life.

SkipperMars

Here is why I think the “No casting two spells in the same turn” is the worst rule in DnD. 1. It is not something that any of the casting class descriptions make apparent so it’s always a bad surprise that can ruin a player’s fun idea 2. It limits a caster’s potential to create fun spell combinations that otherwise are just not possible. 3. The player still has to burn multiple spell slots, almost their entire action economy, as well as sorcery points to achieve this. 4. The argument that casting a spell takes “too long” is not intuitive and doesn’t make sense considering how other classes can stretch out their turns just as easily 5. The rule is extra confusing taking into consideration that Reaction spells and cantrips don’t count for it.

The Wizard Sound

Were I the DM for the doffing Paladin, I would bring them to 0 HP and have the Bad Guy put a silly hat on them before delivering the killing blow.

Scott Riccobono

Anyone else imagine Flashdance but it's toddlers pulling on pinata strings to be baptized?

RavensBinch

Another good one from the Little Logs

Evan

"Remember NADDPOD? Yeah I heard they're ending the podcast due to an 'irreconcilable Stitch-based disagreement'"

Bobby Moynihan

Another great ep from the little logs, always so great to listen to the little logs

Simon Hughes

pro tip, you can still hit the sting piñatas with a baseball bat

Lindsey

Wouldn't Animorphs-but-it's-into-Muppets be Muppetmorphs? You're replacing the animal with muppets not the morph. Just food 4 thought.

Mauricio Caceres

PLEASE WATCH Lilo & Stitch IT'S SUCH A GOOD MOVIE!!! I'm not even saying for content: Like, just in your life as a favor to yourself you should watch it.

coots

For the fortune cookie item – just give it to your players in a sealed envelope, and tell them how it works but that they can't open it until they die, and if they ever open it while their character is alive, the magic dispels. All the flavor and magic but no meta gaming Or if you're lazy like me, throw like 6 on a table and roll for it only once they die

The Wizard Stream

I fully forgot feeblemind is a spell thats so fucked 😭😭

Elizabeth Gunn, sickly but cruel

The problem is that I'm a fuckin bozo. I put the patreon exclusive on my rss feed and didn't realize that I still needed the standard naddpod folder too. I don't think we can figure out the issue of my terminal bozohood, but if you want to take swing at that one you're very welcome.

Paul Gude

I am here to declare my love for “I wish it were a NO shot!”

Eli Huxtable

Idk bout you but I'd rather be a Donning John than a Doffing Dolf ANY day of the work week

Leanne Crawford

Thanks for trying my case!!! P.s. my DM gifted me a skeletal unicorn figurine for Christmas that year

Mer Pritchard

I want that doff squad campaign so bad.

Aidan Boyle

Caldwell you doofus, Stitch learns that ohana means family and family means no-one gets left behind or forgotten! #StitchLearnedHisLesson

FregLover

It's a relatively new feature since Spotify started allowing account syncing with Patreon

SoupLightning

Jake had to start a birdlesque show. And caldwell needs to write Animuppets

JB

I, for one, am excited at the introduction of Stitch and his lil logs into the ever-expanding NADDPod Cinematic Universe™️

Nicole Jordan

Gotta say though Stitch has a heart of gold he is a classic little stinker So really both Murph and Caldwell are right how beautiful our world is where the duality of Stitch exists

Nicole Jordan

For the Muppets one I just hope the sister in law is having fun still DMing

RustyJuiceTin

The first 3 minutes were the perfect way to introduce my coworker to this podcast.

Pali Endi

“I think mortality makes you live a fuller existence,” Doff Lundgren muses as he once again drops his armor and strides into battle

Duffman

The Little Logs have genuinley changed my life for the better

Vonvonvon

Red raspberry jam filled piñata. So when it’s broken open it looks like it’s 😵

Evil Grimace

Experiment Hurwitz-26 is definitely something that Justice Tanner would've came up with.

Pip

As a huge “a knight’s tale” fan I’d love to see the adventures of the doff squad (from the lil logs.)

Jay Bird

Thankyou for trying my case even if it was an obvious answer. I've had a very difficult month and this absolutely made my day

Faerunner

For the Muppets case, if you really want some kind of compromise just approach the other DM and ask if you can alternate sessions until the muppet 50 shot is over. You get more time to plan every session but still get to GM in the meantime. As a fellow forever GM I totally understand the want to progress your story and campaign. Having longer breaks between sessions, especially if you get to be a player during those breaks is only gonna be good for your campaign.

Bat-Fran

I literally rewatched lilo and stitch because of this ep 😂 he's created with the soul function to destroy.... And somehow develops the ability to want a family and kinda learns to not destroy on the process ..... Maybe on the second one he actually learns something 😅

Robert de Forest

They were hoping for A Muppet Christmas but they got Scrooged instead.

Kathryn Martin

I actually like the string piñatas it’s like candy Russian roulette. Also, when the string piñata breaks open, you feel like Winona Ryder in Edward Scissorhands.

Armadon the only

I hope the game master for the paladin in the first case that the team getting captured the pallet and killed, and then the pallet has to save her one because he came back to life

chaos staci

Formula-1 race car paladin

Ben

New game idea: name pending- Guess that Punishment! -the players and/or judges convine and hear a punishment that they have given out, and points are divided depending on how accurate their guesses are to the relevant cases

Rafael C

The Snitch Case made me so fucking mad cause it feels like a trap tailored perfectly to fuck w me. How dare they ruin Snitch like that as a reward for the player's love... absolutely vile.

Rafael C

Also shoutout to Murph for defending Stitches honor!.!.!!!.!.!!!! 😡😤 !!@!!##!!

Nick francis

Murphs dissmissles mmmmm mmmhmmm ye yup ya hmmm yu lol

katie potato

If you see something that doesnt look right, speak to staff or text the british transport line at 61016, and we'll sort it. See it. Say it. Sorted. (Murph at 39:08)

Leif

Holy fuck wife worm at 24:20 took forever

Compound27

For the awakened rat case, is there a way to take into consideration efficacy for the spell? I can't imagine a spell caster can't target a specific spell to dispell. I can't think of a comparison but maybe have them roll for how precious their casting is?

Hunter Payne

Also we got one and realized it had strings. Still tried to hit it with a bat and it would not break. Eventually let each kid grab a string and pull at the same time and they loved it

Hunter Payne

My kid and his friend tried and it wouldn't break. Eventually pulled the strings and they wanted to destroy it after all the candy was picked up. It took serious effort for these kids to smash it. No reason for a creeper Pinata to be so sturdy lol
