Hey murph! You didn’t (necessarily) wreck your voice! It’s very normal for your voice to keep dropping well into adulthood because of testosterone fluctuations. Even it if doesn’t change your range and you can still hit the notes, it can change the quality of the sound which is might be what you’re butting up against. Vocal exercises may help if you want to keep that range, but know that it’s not your fault that you lost it!

I’ve been playing a gloomstalker in curse of strahd for the past 2.5 years and i can confidently say: Jake change your subclass. Barovia is a very gloomy place, the advantage when it’s dark thing does come up, and having a better dark vision is helpful. If you use the Tasha options it really is a good subclass especially on low lvls (after lvl 5 or 6 i recommend multiclassing). + Having a ranger in strahd is very helpful - plenty of nature, and they have high wisdom

I think in the main campaigns only class none have y’all have played is Sorcerer. Zach has a sorcerer but I just checked and none of the 4 of you have even multi-classed into a sorcerer! Something to consider!

I remember being tickled pink once upon a time, by a friend positing that since a hag coven is a valid warlock patron at CR7, then other CR7+ beasties should also be on the table for one. I submit as Onyx's potential new patrons the following list of insanity: Giant Ape, Ogre Mage, Stone Giant, Assassin, Cloaker, T Rex, most "young" dragons, Treant, Clay Golem, Tree Blight. A sane man, or coward as I call them, might say that many of these feral animals or unintelligent constructs are not suitable as patrons. I say, it opens up an interesting dynamic.
