The 2 Crew answers your questions about D&D, life and everything in between! We also talk way too much about specialty scissors, for some reason. Thanks to everyone who submitted!

I think the things that will give the boobs a big edge in addition to the higher hp, is Bevs auras. Getting resistance to spell damage and also increase to saving throws makes it difficult for the choo choo crew since they do so much spell stuff.

Silky johnston

I know this is a wildly old episode- but I built a chef character as a Artillerist - that’s arcane tinkering on his pizza oven went a little overboard and now it glows with runes and shoots fire- so he threw some wheels on it-

Owen Rath

very solid work fellas

Jody

I'm not caught up on Eldermourne. Are there spoilers for that?

Elizabeth Harris

Emily- release Frostwind, release Eldermourne, release whatever you like, I wanna listen to it all. We will eat it up (with our fingers, and a spoon, as is preferred!)

sesamese

feels like we're getting so much content lately, hope everyone is still finding some time to relax

FusRohNahSon

For the album, call it Listener's Picks and have a poll of like 5, 8, or 10 etc songs

Anonymous
>>67085878

No spoilers that I can remember! Just some good fun and knowledge of the crew.

Kelly Varanay

I just want to say, Gigli is actually quite bad. And I enjoy a bad movie but honestly it was bad in a boring poorly written way, not a campy enjoyable way.

King of the City Pigeons

Some my wife just came up with: If they had a DND court where they do actually have all the players come in to testify, they would be called “crit-nesses”

Charloot

Absolutely release Frostwind!!! Nothing better to study/work to than music that reminds me of the frost dwarf sentries which all spoke in unison

Reed Kierce

I could never be disappointed with Emily releasing music

Dragothor

That was fun and I liked it

Renee Wild

Frostwind, please and thank you! I'd love to sink nostalgically back into Bahumia

Rennifer

Caldwell fell in the fire. “Ahhh! Does it look cool?” LOL

Eriks Svarcbergs

a 'Lofi Emily to Chill and Relax To' mix would be so great

Blaidd

I love the sound of flesh fusing with fleece over a summer fire

TD

my god listening to these eps as a person named tucker is so surreal

Becca_rebaker

Lofi Emily to chill and relax to please!

Brother Lagniappe

We 100% want lofi Emily radio to plan/run sessions

Theodore Giesen

I always plan my sessions to Emily's music, please release more!

Freen

@ Ep 77. 24:05 I need this sountrack in my life. What's the guitar thing premierin in hell called?

Tonks

Frostwind next, please!!!! I’ve been longing for the music to be released!!

Dying of Exposure

Hey. As a person that has uploaded podcasts and music to various platforms, including Spotify, I would be happy to donate my time to make sure Emily's music is up everywhere. If that is something y'all would be interested in.

Cameron Davis

I’ve been wanting to use Emily’s song for when they were partying in the hall in the autumn court for FOREVER now!!!

Cameron Davis

I would love for her to put out the tracks in chronological order though, that would be amazing

Milk Teeth

It was fun, I liked it and it kept me warm

H-Train

***SPOILERS FOR BORUTO*** ok murph’s “EODBZ goku vs. E20 naruto” matchup doesn’t even make sense because lvl 20 hank could land a hit on lvl 20 hardwon, but EOS naruto couldn’t even SCRATCH goku. like, maybe boruto “baryon mode” naruto would be able to fuck with base, even SSJ goku. but once goku goes SSJ2 it’s tombstone for any form of naruto. and then if we get into DBS goku then you can just throw the whole question out because that’s like asking if a human could fight a particularly mad chinchilla

Garrett Morrow

Emily, I would LOVE it if you put every single song from NADDPOD on Spotify. Bahumia, Eldermourne, everything

Garrett Morrow

And no, I would not be upset if you only uploaded the Frostwind songs.

Axel Ottel

So fully agree with Murph's cat likes. Love just saying hi to my cats in passing and there is something both annoying and charming about being bottlenecked by one walking really slowly right in front of you.

Ebony-Rose Ellis

BARD FOR CHEF !!!! inspiring through your food, charming with your recipes

Axel Ottel

Absolutely will love to get the Frostwind music!

Xavier

OMG EMILY KNIWS ABOUT STAR WARS 5E!!! I JUST FINISHED DMING MY YEARLONG CAMPAIGN WITH MY FRIENDS!!!

Katina

I can see the intro so vividly. Fade in from black. Close up on a natural stone fireplace. We zoom out slowly, just enough to see murphs face as he says "welcome to hearthside chat." We zoom out further, Murphy is nude on a bearskin rug, a DM screen standing up erect in front of him. We continue to zoom out. Emily is also on the floor, wearing a full bearskin suit. Jake is wearing booty shorts and a man bun. Caldwell wears platemail. There's spitup on his chest plate. We're in a log cabin and there are stockings hanging on the mantle. Jake looks longingly at a photo of Jill and treavor that he's photobombing in the background. Murphy pats his shoulder sympathetically. We zoom out further and can see through the windows that the log cabin is on the beach in California. Firemen play in the ocean.

Katy Tacik

Gordon Ramsay is a barbarian, change my mind.

ananarama

We will be excited for any/all music Emily uploads

Stephen O'Dowd

Petition for Emily’s Greatest Hits album to be called “Greatest Crits”

Jacob Bless

I would love to have the Kingshammer track on Spotify! All my dnd playlists are there and it's fits certain moods/situations so well that I often want to pull it up.

Matt Silich

All Emily music uploads are welcome in the order she prefers! Frostwind would be a great addition.

Jacob Bless

I think I would actually prefer that Frostwind isn't skipped.

Beb

Thank you for the warmth on this chilly morning ❤️🔥 (please pull caldwell out of the fire when you have a chance)

Elana Danielle

i would LOVE more emily music and wouldn’t at all be upset at getting frostwind!

Mason McCauley

I would love a merch drop of Emily’s greatest hits on vinyl!!! Caldwell album art? Maybe “Emily’s Mithril Hits”

Thomas Caamano

My dnd group listens to Emily's music in the back ground every session it helps the mood so much

Dana A

the scissor talk had me snorting trying not to laugh out loud at work, thanks guys 😂 also, I will gobble up whatever music you put out, emily! eldermourne, frostwind, everything, greatest hits, whatever you feel like! the naddpod soundtracks already on spotify made my spotify wrapped last year because i'd put them on to fall asleep to 😌

Anna Q

Please upload the music in order. And please upload all of them. Thank you Emily for making great music. pls upload all of it

Molly Gould

Aaaaah sitting by the fire on this cool september day w the pals 🥰

Tucker M

As a Tucker, can confirm, I am my final firm.

Tim

I would love to hear Emily’s music stand-alone. Have you looked into uploading the songs to Bandcamp? It’s possible I’m in the minority, but I’ve heard Bandcamp is pretty easy to upload and maintain. It’s where I plan to put my music.

Grace

I would be happy for any and all music uploaded to Spotify! It’s fantastic ambient music

Eric G

I would love to get like hour loops of Emily's music to use in my home dnd game!

KaptainSigyl

I think if Em is gonna post more music to Spotify that's crazy awesome, I just personally -need- 'All I Need is One Thread to Spin a Web' on Spotify!

Juliana Mothersbaugh

can confirm that emily axford is my #2 artist on spotify bc i listen to the soundtrack while studying so frequently!

Chanz Miller

“The Bones” actually refer to trombones

Erin Paxson

Yes please to any and all of Emilys music!! I would love a frostwind album - just thinking about the kingshammer song I can vividly remember where I was at some of the pivotal moments in the podcast when that song played

Cy_ann

I feel like The Boobs would walk all over the others, especially if they keep their God abilities from the end of the campaign, just given the fact that Hardwon can do nearly 250 damage a round with ease and then get constantly healspammed by Moonshine and Beverly. That's not also including Moonshines ability to chill touch to prevent healing and her constant 24 damage per round guaranteed. Plus, if any of them go down, a simple spectral Paw Paw puts them right back up. It would be a challenge to beat them, even 3 v 6 against level boosted Third mates and Triplets

Jo

em please drop the music!! any and all!!

Marge In Charge

Okay, I must chime in….the boobs would win…the dice Christ following hank absolutely does not lend luck. However, the amount of times Hardwon has crit in combat is insane, and the damage would be hard to come back from even with healers. Moonshine wouldn’t necessarily have to heal every turn and Emily’s creative spell casting as a Druid wouldn’t have to be geared towards healing. But again, Hank would need some heals from Fia. Also, Bev vs Zirk shenanigans has me smiling out loud. They’d probably get stuck in a vine together and fail every check except nat 20 the ones where they try to scoop each other back into the vine. Sprinkle on some Murphy salt and would probably be one of the most funny episodes ever.

Marisa

please keep us posted on the session with emily's niece i need a play by play of everything that happens

Kozak

Cool Boy Winter!!!!

Tyler

I love when Emily talks about her music. And Emily, if you're reading this, any of the music ending up on Spotify is fantastic! I know I don't care about how old it is! The idea of a music tour is also so much fun!!

Priyanka Patel

Honestly, I love absolutely all of Emily's music, so if it ends up on Spotify, I'd love it! I don't mind whatever order you put things up in, but I feel like it might be less stressful if you did it chronologically because that would be easier to keep track? Edit: looking forward to the frostwind music!

Priyanka Patel

I love critter country updates! Are the local strays TNRd?

Tucker Kirby

I just feel so weird when they say Tucker so many times. It feels like I've actually been moving in on Jake's relationship. Love the pod!

Paige Wirth

I'd love to see Emily's music on Spotify! Especially the old stuff! I like to use it in my campaign when emotional scenes are happening

DungeonMama

I am 100% on board with Emily releasing her music in order! It's some of my favorite music to listen to and would love to see all the albums from older arcs pop up 😊

Anonymous Owlbear

Yessss to Frostwind music on Spotify!! And more after that hopefully!

Clifford

I love Hearthside Chats.

Sametc

120% would love any of Emily's music in Spotify! I will take ANYTHING!!!!

Erin

There’s a chef feat in Tasha’s Cauldron of Everything! I’m currently playing an alchemist chef who throws pies and has a cream puff homunculus named Choux-Choux. She’s basically a mad pastry chef, and my DM is kind enough to let me get away with a lot of flavor (e.g., Faerie Flour instead of Faerie Fire).

Leah S.

Release the music, it'll make it easier for me to design the next place my players go to!

David Pugh

Please include Hangover spoiler tag thaaaaaanks

Tren LF. (TheLagFairy)

Loved the episode I'm so down for more of these in the future and Emily would love to listen to your albums in the order or release, I totally feel ya on keeping them in their order...big time fan of listening in order lol.

Nick

I love how chaotic Emily is ALWAYS but then with music she's like "NO I CANT RELEASE IT OUT OF ORDER" 🤣 but Emily please release any music you release is a win. We just want it.

Scott Hewson

I love hearthside chats and I love Emily’s music. More of both please!!

Ali K

I’m so down to get the Frostwind music next! I have the same need for organization lol. it’s awesome to underscore my own campaigns with the familiar music, so any new tunes will be loved and appreciated!

Ali K
>>67238909

(also maybe you can like straight up hire someone on taskrabbit to upload the music if it’s a big chore but pretty straightforward. I definitely get being delayed by something just being weirdly annoying to do)

Samantha Marshall

I was tickled hearing Emily call Piano “the bones.” My husband is a trombone player so I call him and his section mates the “bone boys” lol. Also, I’m relistening to the episodes and I’m just finishing up the Crick, I’d love a frost wind album whenever you get around to it!

This! I would much prefer to see a Bandcamp link. Along with the ease of use and maintenance, any music purchased on frost Friday’s goes straight to the artist Also I know lots of people use Spotify, I have used it from time to time, but they are a bad company. If it gets put on Spotify it would be great to have a different option as well. Vote for Bandcamp!!

Patrick Harry

Already replied to Tim, but would vote for Bandcamp over Spotify. The pluses - Bandcamp is super easier to maintain, and upload to. I think you probably see a higher percentage of purchased costs. And also Spotify is a bad company. I will though use Spotify to listen to the album if it’s the only way and in general just truly support you getting your music out there!!

prettyfaroutman

I play viola and I'm in LA, so if y'all decide to get a string quartet to play Emily's music, sign me up!

Erotic Adventures & Fables

There is an amazing MacGyver episode, "Good Knight MacGyver" where he meets Merlin the wizard. It's a kid in King Arthur's Court style episode. MacGyver shows the wizard his swiss army knife scissors and it is implied that later Merlin is the one who "invents" them.

I am so looking forward to the Frostwind soundtrack!

CommodoreGalaxy

Starting with Frostwind would be great! I'm running an Icewind Dale campaign right not and Frostwind vibes would be perfect!

Cj Ferrigno

Holy shit, come to Red Rocks, I'll be there. Bev would certainly outlive Caldwell

Champ wild

Wasn’t @jenslindelcomedy 2caroo’s boyfriend. Which you could redeem when you have the scheduled duel in 2 years when they are 21

A Tiny Living Room

Frostwind for sure, I like things organized and in order to Emily. Also more Hearthside Chats! They're always fun.

Daddy Murphy…..PLEASE make Eldermorn longer than 40-50 episodes. We haven’t gotten back with the blades yet. We haven’t even gotten to the ocean or explored the islands. Eldermorn is a brilliantly constructed world with far more personal touch and flesh on it than even Behomia. The flavor is better, the politics make more sense, and the gods are more restricted, leading to less cosmic confusion and ex-machina moments. We need 100+ episodes in Eldermorn, even if the Choo Choo Crew’s time is wrapping.

Josiah Muskrat

Hex Bloods* Haven’t gotten back with the hex bloods. We just need more of this world- what about a whole extended “flashback” arc to explain some plot point we have yet to experience, with older Blades or original Hex Bloods?

Gettier

In my home game my sister wants to play a chef and we ended up going with enchantment bard. We're flavoring performance as a cooking check.

Howell

If you do decide to do some shows with live music maybe consider arranging it for a Pierrot Ensemble! A Violin, Cello, Flute, Clarinet, and a Piano can give you some very cinematic sounds with limited personnel. It was a popular ensemble to write for when I was getting my Master's Degree.

My Names Mike

I will be happy with any amount/combination of Emily’s music. I love it all!

Adah Kinzer

(I realize it’s super unlikely that anyone will see this, but I must ask.) What do you all think of UA’s Mages of Strixhaven? The features are pretty cool and I don’t know if they’ve had subclasses that fit with multiple classes before

Zhade

In regards to a cooking subclass, there is a new supplement coming out called Heliana's guide to monster hunting that will include a College of Cuisine bard! So if you're interested take a look!

tonytheoneandonly

A suggestion for the music: Release the music as albums seperated by Arcs, and use distrokid to publish to Spotify/Apple Music/ect all at once

Nia R

Emily drop the tracks!! We want them ALL, do it in what order you like!

Hollie Tawhiao

I am desperate for lofi Emily please please please please

Ray Gorski

If I could live in the frostwind soundtrack I would in an instant!
