Cloak of displacement makes every attack against the wearer have disadvantage, until the wearer is hit. Then they attack as regular until the wearer's next turn. It then goes back to disadvantage until hit again

Was gonna write the same thing, I don't know which one would be better mathematically but the one in the book is much easier to track since you don't have to remember which enemies have hit Saul previously in the fight which sounds like a nightmare for a DM to remember especially in theatre of the mind.

Luck blade doesn't give wishes per day just 1d4 -1 wishes, but that did make me think it would be fun to try a campaign where the party has 1 wish a day but its like a monkey paw wish where there's a down side to it.
