So Unfinity previews started in full swing today. How are you liking it? To be honest, it's really not my cup of tea. But I haven't mustered the strength to put out a really negative comic about it because it's clear that many of the creators were really passionate about the set. It's still early though--I may still change my mind, lol.

I don't like I hate they forced cards to be eternal legal to sell packs instead of the good ols silver border. I actually cancel my pre-orders.

As a lover of Silver Border cards. The set should have been silver and black border. I felt the whole Acorn thing was not a great move. Borders are easier to identify than Acorns. I've never had a commander event I've been to that people didn't let me use silver border cards. So I've seen people bring up "Shoe Tree" as reasons why not to use them. But that's a small minority of cards. Most are fun and enhance games in my opinion. Acornelia is just BG Energy, but with Squirrels. I kinda feel the Attractions was just a redo of Contraptions. I'm very iffy on stickers but like I use sleeves and sticky notes so not an issue of being stuck on cards but like just the mechanic of changing cards like that. I'll be getting a complete set to go with my other complete sets regardless. But if I turn it into a Cube, I may alter it quite a bit. Will have to see. Also I now want to make Timmy, Johnny, Spike and Vorthos commander decks. Spike gets a 15 card wish board.

Infinity looks like a lot of fun, but it may not mix well with the regular sets. It should have it's own tournaments.
