Hey everyone, how are you doing?

Officially starting our new post format, just like we mentioned last week!

Almost late, I know, but here it is. As you can see, there are still quite a few images left to finish, and a good chunk of the text too. That’s because we spent a lot of time testing whether this new MP4 format would actually work properly.

Now that we’re sure it does, we’re focusing on generating the new videos and images. I even managed to animate a scene that was originally going to be just still photos!

Making a good video still takes a fair amount of time, but it’s still less time than full traditional animation. Anyway, I feel like I’m being a bit long-winded for what should be a quick update post… but please bear with us while we finish adapting to these new tools.

That said, I want to finish one important panel still this week and already send it over to Cap’n Flash so he can start implementing it in the game.
