Richmond has never beaten Man City, according to the announcer. Poor Nikki was going through it. This episode gets to me too, but this time I was sobbing right along with her.

-For the record, in the last episode, it was "Uncles Day" that Roy's niece forced him to celebrate. -The use of the song "Home" from the musical "The Wiz" at the end was so dang good. The musical directors for this show were genius.

I get it, Nikki. My oldest will be 18 next week. My daughter will be 13 this year. She's gotten pretty clingy since that moment in girls lives when they have a lot of questions about being a woman, but they both are excitedly planning and looking forward to their adult lives. I've been talking with my therapist about my "second act" - and Im glad I have that resource, because it's very hard to go from being their everything to becoming a comfortable afterthought. Its... a lot.

The real life coach of Manchester United Pep Guardiola was in this episode . I need a new box of Kleenex now. Such an emotional and rewarding episode. I needed this today too!

This show makes me laugh and sob at the same time. Perfect.

Paul T Hewes

-Pep coaches the Total Football style Richmond adopted. -Not to nit pick, and with no disrespect intended, but it was Manchester City, not Man United...

I'm not sure if you noticed it, but Jamie's dad was in rehab!

And for those who didn't pick up on it... the references to The Wizard of Oz were everywhere in this episode. - Ted's mom's name is Dottie... which is typically a nickname for Dorothy. - The pinball game Ted is pretending to play is Wizard of Oz themed. - The team is watching You've Got Mail during the closing scene in which "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" is heard playing. - For Ted, it's becoming clear that there's no place like home. And where is home? Kansas, where Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz is from. - And, as you noted, the closing song is from The Wiz, a 1970s musical adaption of The Wizard of Oz.

I have watched this whole series four times on my own and watching with Nikki & Steven makes five. Of course every time I know when the moments are coming that are going to hit hard hit hard and there have been a few but this one is hits harder than all of them with the results always being exactly the same.......after 5 times seeing this I cried again more than Nikki did! God I love this show!!

Neo Geo

"It's not as good as other countries..." Tell that to the women's league. The US women's national team is the best in the world btw. And rumor is, is that season 4 might be about Richmond's woman's team.

So with Ted Lasso coming to an end with 1 episode left and The Last Of Us with only 1 episode left, is The Bear gonna be fitted back into the schedule after they're wrapped up? Would be good timing since season 4 of The Bear is coming June 25th.

I LOVE that when Rebecca eats … she actually eats! Big bites and full mouth , like reality.Too often, actresses pretend so they don’t look funny chewing.

Also, I love that it was Jamie who gave Ted a bit of advice, with his “Fuck you. Thank you.” To his dad. You can see how being kind and honest and caring in life can spread.
