Nowhere Man

I've already watched several reaction sets for Season 5, but I'm going to watch more of them for the next month. Episode 3 is such a great episode that I thought I'd watch your full-length reaction. One can't watch this show too many times. Interestingly, The Red Guardian (played by David Harbour) also encountered a sonic power-suppression device in Thunderbolts. Oddly, in Stranger Things, the military nicknamed their version of the device "hedgehog". One might think the name comes from "Sonic the Hedgehog", but that game didn't appear for another 4 years, in 1991. I still find it fascinating that Nancy has become a badass MF, but she STILL dresses in girly clothes. It's such a bizarre contrast, watching her fire a shotgun while wearing a pastel dress. It's like some kind of weird American manga. What a reveal! But there's more where that came from, so keep going. Once you know where Max is, you'll understand why the visuals and sounds are a little off.

ngl 1st episode I was hugely disappointed. 2nd episode about halfway through it started getting better, this one it starts hitting it's stride. ep 4 lets go.

Desiree Mclaughlin

I love Erica in this episode. I was thinking back on her monologue in Season 4 when she's describing her D&D character: "I'm a chaotic good half-elf rogue, level 14. And I will sneak behind any monster you throw my way and stab them in the back with my poison-soaked kukri. And I will smile as I watch them die a slow, agonizing death." Soooo...pretty much exactly how she takes out Tina, minus the slow, agonizing death part. 😂
