Game Club Video #2 Vote & FIIF (Patreon)

Good evening everyone!

I have the first set of games for the next Game Club video to vote on, games are as follows:

MOLE: Set aboard a Soviet drilling machine with strange Eastern Orthodox discoveries below. Hopefully not another FEED MY MECH torture box!

HORSES: Horror game involving horses that was permabanned from Steam but now on GOG.

Metal Garden: Short FPS set inside of a megastructure. I've actually gotten other recommends for this one before!

Arctic Eggs: Surreal cooking game where you serve odd guests in a polar setting.

The voting will run until Friday where the game will be announced. Meanwhile the artist is running late with some assets for the Bioshock video due to some schedule problems on their end, but the video is basically done (a longer one as expected) so I'm on to working on the video for 2 in the meanwhile. Rather than guess when it'll be good over "any day" I'm going to defer to a few posts back about trying to stick to Fridays, and that will be the general content upload and also update day going forward. Especially with game club videos/voting and talking with some people in messages who had ideas about scheduling, I think that consistency will make things less chaotic while still being able to work around holidays or other weird monthly events. So the rotation going forward for all that will look like this:

This way the results video will still aim ahead for a date, but a consistent one for a day of the week rather than a relative month date. Regular review videos will be on Fridays exclusively as well, along with the votes for those and credit question collection, but the bottom line is all these things will be on Fridays. If nothing is uploaded video wise or no post goes up Friday then it's safe to assume nothing is happening from my end there. This does mean there could be something borderline that ends up being thrown back a week over something that could come out Saturday, but it does mean more time for any smaller things to touch up with the extra time, or trying to corral captions better. The YouTube auto tool for those has gotten a lot better, but the timing/adjustment system has gotten a lot buggier down to reverting back to older drafts I'd made which has been super frustrating seeing them basically reverting for no reason or directions going missing. Anyways not to ramble too much, but I think this will make things a lot better rather than posting out of the blue, having email spam through the week, or randomly having two polls in week or something.

In short: Fuck It, It's Friday from here on out.
