bob its true that corporations are doing the damage but theres also a reason why thats sustained and thats consumption, its not like theyre doin it for fun, there are elites that demand luxury and corporations respond to that. obviously youre not jeff bezos but statistically people in the usa have some of the highest consumption in terms of environmental cost, i assure u people in the global south dont live the same life as you. im not trying to guilt trip you, youre not responsible for the state of the world but i think the whole "its corporations not me" argument, while on the right track, is a little half baked imo. if you avidly consume shit like vapes, flights, fast fashion, etc, while youre not personnally responsable for the magnitude of our planets issues, youre actively voting for the corporations that are. its nuanced and hard to draw the line but lets not get it twisted into a simplistic black and white view <3
