They are still in the beginning stages of their designs, especially Meilyr since he looks too much like who I based him off of. This is the general vibe I want for both of them though! 

I also decided to set it somewhere in the middle of the 1920s in Wales. Arturo works in an apothecary in town that Meilyr frequents. Meilyr suffers from complications of type 2 diabetes and an amputated leg that has never fully healed. He also lost his family to the Spanish flu years before the story takes place, and nearly died of it himself.

I wanted Arturo to live in sweater vests and rolled sleeves for clothing. Lots of gem tones and earthy colors. Meilyr on the other hand is stuck in the turn of the century, fashion-wise. He prefers looser, less restricting clothing, but bundles up in scarves and heavy coats since he gets cold so easily.
