Few thing they left unexplained in ep3: prima noctus is basically what you guys said it would be. The leader of the group would “have a turn” so to speak before marriage/serious relationship. 2.the big empty base that the ghoul goes to find help is called camp golf. A Robert house resort turned NCR camp. Victor is an AI designed by Robert house for a very specific purpose that’s kinda spoilery to anyone who hasn’t played New Vegas so that’s all I’ll say on that.

The civil war and them being so close and separated by a mound isnt as stupid as you guys think. In WW1 each side could be lined up towards each other in trenches only 100feet away sometimes. And in urban ware-fare, many times its much closer. And for all we know there could be ceasefire in place.
