There is very little authentic Dub just shit ones so yh THEY HAVE TO WATCH THR SUB. Tho some of the dub was good, the show’s sub is the way to go

It definitely is one of those animes, that focus heavily on humor and it doesn’t get serious until later episodes. But believe me it is easily one of the best for me. A true underrated goated anime.

Yeah, it's really close at its core, but as a whole i gotta give it to One Piece. It definitely wears the crown and it's the embodiment of a shonen. Gintama is peak too tho, once you get used to it and begins to understand the picture.

@werry i aint got a issue with Dub in general per say but i think the jury is out with Dub and Gintama tbf. Not only that but RTTV liked a comment suggesting Sub for this show which displays they already know whats up.

Im glad to hear, at first i thought this request you guys reacting to gintama was wishful thinking. In regard to the International popularity for this show. Its mostly popular in many asian countries and domestically in japan of course. It tends to be underrated in many western countries. I can say you’re really laughing alot and feel emotional back to back. Gintama somehow meshes comedy and serious that neither feels out of place compared to other animes that exists i cant really think of another anime that pulls it off this good

Yeah episode 3 is where the story begins for gintama The first two were just pilot episodes that weren’t in the manga at all. They were just meant to be testing the water for the animation studios in japan if anyone would watch gintama
