There’s a theory with Oda’s involvement in casting, that Dragon is actually Garp’s son-in-law. Oda playing with history since there are a lot of Scottish people in Brazil. One of Brazils most famous families, the Gracie family, came from Scotland for instance. Could be an Easter egg
